My car was damaged last weekend when someone hit my car pulling into a parking space. As I had used Dented about a year ago they were my first stop in getting the damage assessed. Jason and the crew were fast, professional and repaired the hit to where you would never know my car had ever been damaged. I cannot recommend this team highly enough!!

I was sent to dented by my insurance for bad hail damage to my vehicle last year. The initial repairs were quite straight forward and I was able to stay in a rental for 3 months. After receiving my car back there was a bit of an issue with the conventional repairs and water was leaking through the frame and into the roof of my vehicle. This was not ideal and it was a bit of a back and forth as I had to come in several times after that repair to try to fix the leakage. To be honest I can give some grace because completely putting a car back together after major fixes can be difficult to perfectly return back to its original state. On the third time it was finally fixed and my car looked great and the repairs are wonderful. The work Dented did on my vehicle is very professional and my car looks completely brand new after it had severe hail damage to the entire vehicle. They were also trying their best as the middle man to continue to get that water leakage issue fixed by the other company. I want to especially thank Lana at the front desk. They are always crazy busy and anything missed she always took it in that minute and got it settled for me right away. Every phone call was answered kindly or I was contacted promptly after. Through this entire long process the professionalism from Lana at the front desk and the Dented staff made it a lot better.

I had my car in for hail damage. The initial assessment was completed very quickly and they were able to get my car repaired soon after. They even managed all aspects of my car hire too. Lana at the front desk is amazing and was great about keeping in touch.
I had a subsequent issue that I thought was related to my initial experience, so reached out to Lana to discuss it. She said I should bring my car back straightaway and they would have a look. After a short wait they were able to fix the issue. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

I would like to thank Lana to start with right from the first phone call to meeting her in person and her keeping me calm thru the whole process of giving my vehicle over to them, l want to thank her from the bottom of my heart. The repairs that were done to my Lincoln are truly amazing can't even tell there was any hail damage at all!!!! I would recommend them to anyone, this was my first insurance claim and l have only heard other people's horror stories hence l was very worried, they took care of everything the rental the repairs all, l want to thank them very much. PS Logan you need to hold on to Lana she is the first contact anyone has with your business and she will bring them in for you to do your amazing work. Again thanks to all of you.

Dented took care of the hail damage on my 2025 Lexus. They brought the vehicle back to new condition - inside and out! The entire process went smoothly and was completely professional. I highly recommend Dented for any paintless repairs.

This is the second vehicle I have taken to Dented, Calgary. They did such an amazing job fixing a very noticeable door dent in my first car that I immediately called them up to take in the second vehicle. The Tech, Mike, took a look at the small dent and secondary scratch and explained what he could do and how it would likely look after. The paint was a bit damaged but he figured he could repair it to 95% so that I wouldn't notice, even though he probably could. They were able to fit me in within a few days and when I got the car back I was amazed again. I would say the repair is to 99% perfect and I could only notice the slight discolouration to the paint after it was shown to me. The small dent itself was gone. Mike is an artist, and all the staff are great to deal with, making sure you understand all that is happening up front. I highly recommend Dented, Calgary, as it's a reliable (meaning low risk of being unsatisfied), high quality service and great value for your money.

They did some small dings, and one tricky dent on my 911. They made it look new again, I would consider the cost CHEAP for that type of quality work!! Highly recommend!!!

I had my car fixed from a hail storm here, they were quick, very friendly and knowledgable with the insurance procedure. I only interacted with the receptionist, but she made the experience exceptionally easy and hassle free.

I would never recommend Dented to anyone after the experience I had.
After a severe hailstorm, my headlight completely failed. The housing filled with condensation and the entire lighting system, low beam, high beam, DRL, signal, parking lights all stopped working. I was clear from the beginning saying there was no visible crack, but internal failure. Dented’s own staff acknowledged that condensation and electrical issues like this can result from hail.
Meanwhile, the rest of the hail damage was deemed “minimal”, yet somehow the estimate still amounted to $3,500, which tells you everything you need to know. Despite this, Dented refused to include the headlight in the claim. It’s not that there was no hail damage, it’s that they decided this damage didn’t count.
I was told by Dented staff that the headlight would be approved, so I canceled my dealership appointment with Mercedes Lonestar. Then I heard nothing for a full week. Eventually, Toniko who deals with claims and who isn’t even located in Calgary denied the repair, saying there was “no visible damage” and that it “didn’t seem likely” it was caused by hail. I had already explained there was no crack. His response didn’t just contradict my report, it felt like a judgment on my character. As if I wasn’t telling the truth about my own vehicle.
TD Insurance was fully prepared to cover the headlight. The only reason it wasn’t approved was because Dented refused to submit an estimate for it. Logan at Dented confirmed the headlight needed replacing and said he just needed photos yet even he couldn’t get Toniko to approve it.
This process wasted two weeks of my time, forced me to cancel and rebook service appointments, and ultimately left me paying out of pocket for a repair that was clearly hail-related. The lack of communication, the internal disorganization, and the dismissive attitude toward my concerns were beyond frustrating.
If you value your time, your money, or your dignity, do not use Dented. They don’t advocate for their clients, even when the insurance company is fully willing to help.

I dropped my car on August 1st and they said we need 7 business days but they took 5 days only. Amazing staff and service!

I don't Recommend this place I take my car for estimate price way higher than buying new car and not to mention you take your car for appraisal they played with my dashcam and Screw it up and was easy way to turn it off camera has on/off Button on side and plug was next to Shifter it's seems they pretty smart with their job ,not they remove both cables they remove whole camera front windshield 😏 I don't understand why my dashcam was big Concern and when they return my car was alots of blue marks left behind not cleaned enough
