Also found my favorite chocolate bar there, 100 Grand, which is American. Placed an order for a whole box. Much cheaper by almost 50 percent compared to Amazon. “This dollarama was amazing it had everything I wanted plus the staff were very helpful. They went to great length to help me find everything I wanted. I'm a black man, they didn't even follow up and down aisle like I was going to steal that means a lot to me they actually treated like I was a regular customer. I told all my brothers that this dollarama doesn't discriminate against black men, they make us feel like we are thieves. All the other dollarama drop everything they are doing to follow us up and down each aisle to the point where we are like do you want to hold our hand? They make it so obvious, they are 3 to 4 staff following us all around the store until we finish shopping then once we join the line to pay or leave the store they resume their regular duties. It's a waste of time for us to complain we just allow them to do what they do best which is racially profile and discriminate but this dollarama doesn't do that. Maybe after I write this post they will start. I'm joking I hope not. It felt good not being racially profiled or discriminated against for once. As we we expect it in Alberta, Calgary, it becomes something that we are use to. But its not right we are living in a different day and age now. Thank you to this dollarama for not discriminating or racially profiling against black males it means a lot to us. We the black community appreciate you. Thank you!!”

However the prices here are still reasonable, it's a mom & pop shop and the staff are incredibly personable and are always more than willing to help, provide feedback AND they know where items are located in the shop!!”

“I love how this place is so close to my apartment. As such I shop there every few days (I always seem to need something that they stock!) I read a bunch of reviews that complained about the rude staff: I find the staff to be unfriendly some of the time but never rude, they are fine. They are just doing their job. The biggest problem here is that their parking lot is owned by Impark and they WILL ticket you $100 unless you register or pay. Who wants a $100 ticket for simply visiting a store?! There are often street people right outside the door, they can be intimidating. Overall I love the convenience and products, Dollarama don't leave!”
