A female staff member at the till was extremely unprofessional during my visit today. As a paying customer at a national chain, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy. Due to the interaction, I left my items and chose not to complete my purchase.

I just had an exceptional experience, one I will have hard time forgetting. We bought a few things but she was treating everyone with a genuine smile and was so cordial and polite. Makes me want to come here again. This was at around 8 pm on December 1. What a great start to the Holiday season!

Young girl helped us at the till was very friendly and went above and beyond to point out the containers we selected should have lids and then opened new box to give us complete products. Excellent service.

I am a customer more than 14 years. Before they moved to sundrge location. I don't had issues with the stuff and store. Agnes she is the best. But always I have problem with the cashier Victoria she Sach rude, unpolite person. Should the manager do some thing about her. Because of her I shopping to the se location.

I like coming here for the cheap prices but trying to shop when you have boxes piled in the isle against the racks that have merchandise on it is insane! You can't even see what is on the bottom racks which is extremely frustrating. Why do you get soooooo much stock in when you clearly have no more room in the back to store it??? How do you plan on selling anything on the bottom racks when customers can't even access it? It's like this every time I go. Not a good shopping experience as long as this store is going to operate like this.
