When you call this phone number it won’t let you through to the store.. I should be able to call the store number and speak to an actual person rather then being told to go online..

Extremely impolite! Awful shopping experiences every time be there.
All staff are unfriendly with anger. They always blocked the road, but they didn't let you go even though they knew someone wanna go through the road. When you select items on the shelf, they are extremely angry looking at you. It seems to be a complaint that you mess up the shelf. Other Dollarma stores in Calgary have no such issue but only the Royal Oask one. The management should provide basic training for all of them. I suggest the management should arrange some mystery shoppers to observe the store and the service, whether the mystery shoppers accept the attitude of the staff they experienced after the basic training.
If the staff don't want to work in there, they have to quit and seek a new job not contacting people.

Dollarama in Royal Oak is a fantastic store that I always enjoy visiting. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, making every shopping trip a pleasant experience. The store itself is well-organized and clean, which makes finding what I need quick and easy.
Whether I'm looking for household items, snacks, or craft supplies, Dollarama always has a great selection at unbeatable prices. It's my go-to place for affordable essentials, and the excellent customer service keeps me coming back. Highly recommend this location!

No barcodes on some two of a big basket worth about 75$ and there is zero service on the self serve when things are going wrong and it says wait for a cashier.Waited for 10 minutes and gave up on basket and just left.

I rate all dollarama for five cuz everyone I've gone to have been great. They've all been wheelchair accessible. Some have been busy but still the prices. You cannot beat anywhere else but don't buy tools there because they break very easily
