One of the worst. I have lived near this store for nearly 20 years, last 2 years it fell off a cliff. There are 2 newer local staff at least which has helped, otherwise good luck.
Last week I witnessed a customer at the counter be forced to pay for an item that was already lying there, they put it in her bag and when she mentioned it wasn't with her items they refused to reimburse her. Not sure how it played out in the end
Don't get me started on prices, this is a nationwide problem. Dollarama grew massively from sheer greed when they realized they could ride the covid wave. Nearly nothing that costs below 2 bucks. We have begun trying very hard to stop spending any money here

Completely refused to help at the till after motioning towards the till. Then after making us wait a few mins, said I’ll help you here on the self checkout. Unacceptable.

Good stock, but some rude staff. I went there with mom, my 2year and 1 year old child and my kids feel hungry, so I open 2 packets of cookies for them which I am going to buy with my other stuffs and one of their staff suddenly told me don't open the packets. I told him I am going to buy those and in the checkout the crasher looks at me like I am stealing. As my parents are going back to India and my cousins wants lots of chocolates that's why my cart was full and I was helping her my telling how many I have, including the 2 open packets of cookies. If I really wants to steal then I will not open that infront of the camera or other staff. Sunridge Mall Dollarama was way better in behavior, even the crasher remained me that I forgot my kids Christmas give at the cash counter when I was busy in packing my staff into my shopping bags.

On the morning of Wednesday, August 20, I had a disappointing experience at this location. While struggling to manage two large, heavy bags and a pushcart at the self-checkout, the staff member on duty simply stared at me without offering any assistance or acknowledgment. Her blank expression and lack of engagement made the situation unnecessarily difficult.
Additionally, another employee assigned to the aisle area repeatedly avoided customers. I observed them deliberately walking away or turning their back when approached, which added to the overall sense of indifference from the morning staff. The lack of basic courtesy and attentiveness from multiple employees left a negative impression and made me feel unwelcome.

This place consistently locks their doors 10 minutes before they actually close, and refuse to let people enter. Maybe this makes sense at Walmart, but at a dollar store where most stops would take less than 60 seconds I find it a little bit ridiculous. It is happened to me multiple times, and it just makes no sense. please explain to me the point of putting closing hours on your website if you're just going to close 15 minutes early every day anyways? The manager of this place needs to talk to their closing shift employees and figure this out, it's pretty pathetic and lazy.

Honestly a great place, very easy to get there, and has a bunch of stuff, I usually go there to get birthday cards, energy drinks with friends, and much more, just not the safest place, I usually have an adult go with us since some sketchy things happen over there

February 25, around 2pm I was at the store today and I had a really great experience with the staff of this location. I asked one of the employee to find me a specific item that I was looking for because I needed it for my wife, it was a one of those item that everywhere I go it’s always sold out. He really tried his best finding it for me and he did. I was so happy that I finally got it. Dollarama doesn’t disappoint. great price! Nice location and friendly staffs. Kudos 130th, though I can tell it’s pretty busy all the time but it’s worth your time having everything in the store! Definitely coming back again here!

While the store itself is fine, the surrounding area has noticeably deteriorated. The atmosphere feels less safe, and there are often squatters around. I understand that some are in tough situations, but others seem to be there for more troubling reasons. It would be reassuring to see efforts made to improve security and maintain a safer environment.

Went into this location as I have few times before but not first time I have had issues with this store first time I encountered racism they do not hire anyone who is not phillipino and if you shop there you are well aware of this and today I was walking down isle looking to ask a staff member for help and I seen someone who had boxes in isle to put away on her phone not even noticing I was standing there waiting for help and I continued to stand there for over a minute and her head was still in her phone I was so annoyed at this point and if I didn’t have my grandson with me I would of probably confronted her I continued to check out told another phillipino lady what I just encountered and she brushed me off like she didn’t care, I’m extremely disgusted will not go back there.
