Guessing Quarry Park has two places to review their Dollarama location - ANYWAYS. The young man who helped me today at the cash register, is awesome. All the other staff should take notes, that is all.

No one there is friendly or approachable. They don't speak English and if you ask a question they don't know what it is and don't ask for clarification they just walk away.

Lack of customer service is an understatement for this location. At the register, the cashier rang my order through twice saying the first time it did not go through. But both transactions were taken out of my account. Told them that I was charged twice and was told by the manager, it’s not their issue and there’s nothing they can do about it. Their response was for me to dispute the charges. They made an error and it’s on the customer to rectify it ourselves. But the cherry on top of this whole ordeal was the manager laughing at me as I was leaving. Unprofessional and extremely disappointing behaviour. Save the headache and shop somewhere else.

I came here to quickly pick up some cocktail glasses for girls night. All of a sudden the manager, I assume (short brown hair) runs up to me and tells me I was here Friday night and that she’s called the police and that I need to get out. She was loud and making a scene. I’ve only just moved to the area and was working Friday night. Trying to calm the situation I offered her my ID but she didn’t care. As this went on I think she realized it wasn’t me. Did she apologize? Nope. She said “well I thought it was you so”. By standers from the store checked in on me to ask if I was okay. I asked for her name, she refused and said she didn’t have to give me any details. Disgusting behaviour.

for a family that has a small children please stay away from this store, they r so rude, they will come upand talk to your toddler so rudely even if they're not doing anything wrong they can't even touch any toys specially bouncy ball, people that work here have no customer service. i will never ever go back to this store

Unprofessional and extremely rude staff. I saw the staff tried to make a mom with 2 kids embarrassed in the middle of the store. Really disappointed with the staff at this location.

WATCH OUT FOR THE STORE MANAGER HERE!!I bought Visa card, she opened it and scanned. I told her why you did you open I’m going to give that as a gift. She said no it’s okay, I just scanned it. I told her I always buy that on shoppers but they never do that. I’m not gonna accept it! She told me to get a new one, but she didn’t scan the new card. I said are not going to scan it, she said no it’s good. So the card I gave to my friend, and he said it’s not working. Then I I realized yes it’s not gonna work because they didn’t scan to activate it! I phoned the manager and saying your card it didn’t work! She was telling me because the cashier don’t know what she’s doing. That’s why the cashier called you because she don’t know what to do. You make it even worst, you don’t know what to do too! And you lied to me it’s good to use the card! I wonder how you became a manager? You don’t know what you doing and you’re a LIAR!! You can’t be trusted!!!
