Unfortunately our take out order of 5 large pizzas for 6:00 had 2 that were wrong and had to be redone while our other 3 waited. Got all the pizzas by 6:30. Might have been nice to get a size upgrade on the 2 being remade or something more substantial than the 2 litre coke we were given & didn't need. Providing options would have been nice.

Set pickup order for 6:15 pm. Ordered an hour in advance. Showed up at 6:15, was told 10 mins. The order wasn't ready until 7 pm!!! The staff were all flustered like they've never had a Friday night before. Don't order here!!!!!!!

Food’s good but they are always slow; like 30 minutes extra wait. Can be rather frustrating, they need more staff during peak hours.

Ordered a pizza at 11.55 am now it’s 12.48 pm and it’s not here although it says 20-25 minutes. I called and I was told “Sir…we’re busy sir, it comes when it comes sir”. So never order from this store

Went in to order a couple pizzas in person and was told I could make use of their 50% off special instead of paying full price. I didn't even know that was a thing! They showed me how to order it step by step using the app and boom, 50% off dinner! Awesome staff at the Symons Valley location in Calgary!

I just love Domino's Order Tracker. I have a very busy schedule and being able to track an order is definitely a plus. And of course, their Feast Pizzas are the best, our fave is the Deluxe. Can eat this everyday!

Ordered from my neighborhood’s domino pizza for years. Only one time was disappointed but the owner followed up with me in timely fashion and I felt good for good customer care.
