Great service! Went to make a RAM upgrade, unfortunately I went to their old branch as they were clearing it out but they still accepted the job and finished it the same day! 10/10 would recommend. Very polite and helpful staff too.

Brought in my Pioneer VSX-920 it just died no power took it to ducktoes it took a few days like 4 to get it back hooked it up and has been working with no problems the last few months very happy so far and will be a returning with other electronics that are not working well I have also brought in a PS3 GameCube since my first review and nothing has changed still the best shop in the city Thank you.

I had a fantastic service with Ducktoes Computer Services today. They provided me great service for diagnosing my computer and spent a lot of time giving me a detailed explanation. I would highly recommend Ducktoes to anyone and their computer specialists are top notch and very knowledgeable.

Huge thanks to Ducktoes Computer Services! They repaired the control board for our fridge and saved us a ton of money. The whole job cost less than $100, including parts—which is amazing considering a new board would’ve run us around $500.
We weren’t sure if a computer repair shop would take on something like a fridge board, but they were totally up for it. Everyone was super friendly and down-to-earth. Casual Friday was definitely in full effect—relaxed vibe, no pressure, just solid, honest service.
They were quick, explained everything clearly, and genuinely seemed like they wanted to help people learn how to do home repairs, not just fix things and send you on your way. You can tell they’re passionate about their work and enjoy sharing their knowledge. I’d definitely recommend them for any unusual electronics issues that need a creative—and affordable—solution!

I called and asked if they could fix it they way that I needed it fixed. I was quoted two days tops. Two days later I called to check up they started asking if it would be easier to just buy the programs instead (that’s what I brought it in).
I brought it in because they said they would fix it and they didn’t even try. Zero stars

The awesome techs at Ducktoes fixed a home audio subwoofer and power conditioner of mine that weren’t working. Not simple fixes like fuses either (those I checked myself). Took some intelligent diagnostics on their end and the techs I spoke to were very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

Very knowledgeable people…but they were literally almost a month delayed on an hdmi port replacement. Not a lot of communication on the delay either. I had to call almost every week for an update and was told it would be ready the next week several times…it wasn’t. Ultimately, they did the job really well. Just wish they kept us up to date on delays.

So glad I found this place. Needed electronic repair on my truck's Wireless Ignition Node. New one's run ~$1500 or more so I was looking for alternatives. For a small fraction of that, the hardware team had it back to nearly new functionality. Very satisfied.

The staff were absolutely amazing. My poor gaming laptop had so many corrupted files in its hard drive and a grinding noise when I brought it in. They helped me find affordable replacement parts, new fans and a new affordable SSD card with much more space. I also had them install a new operating system. They also advised me on a way to maybe recover some of my corrupted files.
Now that I've been using it after picking it up, my laptop runs like it's brand new again. In fact I think it's actually faster than when I originally bought it. They did a stellar job and it was well worth the cost of repairs. I'd highly recommend going to Ducktoes. They were kind, professional and informative. Thank you for reviving my laptop!
