Terrible!!! Website is always down! App is terrible! Charges shipping when it says free shipping! Always have to call them to fix the order. The sizes are so off. I ordered an XS but it’s more like an L. I called customer service, rude and unhelpful customer service.

I was here here yesterday and was helped by Chanel. This girl is amazing. She was very enthusiastic and warm to everyone in the dressing room area. She was quite attentive and went the extra mile to make my shopping experience delightful.
What I loved the most is that she was so communicative with everyone. "This outfit is stunning for a Europe trip" or "Ohh no, the other one looked better on you".
She is the best friend you forgot to bring with you for your shopping trip haha. A girl's girl for sure!! ? I spent around $500 because of her.

The team at this location deserves a special acknowledgment. They are always so welcoming, and extremely helpful! Every time I go into the fitting room, it’s such a relaxing and fun experience because the girls tend to go an extra mile here. They not only help find sizes, but they get so invested into your try ons that they start bringing in more complimenting pieces and help you visualize your outfit. I love it! It feels like hanging out with friends.

Chanel and Jenna were amazing! I haven’t had a shopping experience in a long time where the staff actually suggests things they think you’d like or would work for you. They were super sweet and made me feel good about myself! ❤️

This store is great- I was looking for dress pants and the sales associate was very helpful and nice, as were all the other associates who said hello and asked if I needed assistance. It’s always great here!
