Hello, I wanted to bring to your attention how I was treated tonight by an employee.
I went in looking for a shirt circling the store about 4 times and was not greeted by either of the ladies working. When I finally got one of their attention by standing by the fitting room frustrated, she asked if I needed something. I said the customer service is lacking, I have been walking around for 5 minutes and no one even acknowledged I was there. (I was the only customer in the store). The female proceeded to say she doesn't care about the customer service because she doesn't own Dynamite and I should go cry about it. She said she was not going to help me and I needed to leave.
I was shocked at how I was spoken to as I shop at this location often, and have never encountered something like this.
The other lady working came over and asked if everything was alright. I said I wanted to speak to the manager who was on her break while this all transpired. I waited until she came back and explained what happened. This happened tonight around 6:45PM. I sent an email to the customer service email indicated in some reviews below but I would like to be contacted by the head office about this.

Dynamite is the worst store ever for online. The employees at this location are honestly nice and helpful, but the online system is flawed.
I purchased something in May, ended up returning it.
I never got a confirmation I returned it, then didn't even get charged for it until July.
I have contacted their customer service 6 times with no reply, and still have not got my money back from the return.

I recently visited Dynamite and had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. The customer service left much to be desired as several associates seemed disinterested in assisting customers. After seeking help at the cashier, we finally got the assistance we needed.My main concern arose during checkout when an item marked at $20 was unexpectedly charged at $44.95. The explanation provided was that it was for an upcoming sale, which felt misleading considering the sale was two away. While the associate suggested a price match on the sale day, the manager later clarified that this would only be honored if the item remained unused with all tags intact. This condition left me feeling uncomfortable, as it essentially required me to hang on to the item, refrain from using it, and keep the tags until the actual sale day for the price match.It's disheartening when a store doesn't uphold pricing transparency and places conditions on price adjustments that seem impractical for customers. Dynamite should ensure accurate pricing is reflected, especially when displaying sale tags in advance. This experience left me questioning the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Tiara was amazing! I was at market mall last week and she was the only one that speak Spanish and she helped us so much, her attention was amazing and she gave me a lot of recommendations. She needs to be promoted because she was awesome.

I was in the store yesterday returning an online order. Due to their new system they no longer provide receipts for returns so you have to trust that the sales person correctly processes the refund. I noticed today when checking my VISA statement online that I was only refunded for one of the two items I returned and I only received one email confirmation of the refund for one of the items so obviously the second item I returned didn't go through. This is very concerning to me. I won't be shopping at Dynamite again.Edit from previous post: I had to call customer service (the store would not help me out) they ended up refunding me for the wrong order number, an order that hadn't even shipped yet. Entirely different order number! Hire some new staff here! Last time I will be shopping with Dynamite! What a headache for your own mess-up and horrible return system!

I came in with a dress from an online order I wanted to return. The cashier took one look at my email receipt and said that it was final sale. I explained that the dress that was sent to me not only had a stain on the front but also smelled very funky. She kept on saying there's nothing she can do except steam it for me. I tried telling her that no, I really don't want to keep it based on the horrid condition it is in. All in all, her attitude was extremely defensive and I feel like dirt. Thanks Market Mall Dynamite you've made sure that I will never, ever come back.
