Typical Calgary walk-in clinic. They really need to get rid of all of the toxic plug in air fresheners though. Definitely doing more harm than good. Scent-free is the way to go in a medical office.

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, it became apparent that this was not a place where patients were valued or treated with respect.The first issue I encountered was with the clinic's staff. The receptionists were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in assisting patients. They lacked basic communication skills, often providing vague or incorrect information. It was evident that they were not adequately trained to handle patient inquiries or concerns.The doctors at the clinic were equally unprofessional. They lacked empathy and failed to establish a genuine connection with their patients. During my visit, I felt rushed and unheard as the doctor barely listened to my symptoms and quickly dismissed my concerns. Their lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude left me feeling frustrated and ignored.Furthermore, the clinic's facilities were poorly maintained and unclean. The waiting area was cramped and cluttered, with dirty chairs and outdated magazines. This lack of cleanliness raised serious concerns about the clinic's commitment to patient safety and hygiene.In addition to the unprofessional staff and subpar facilities, the clinic also displayed a lack of organization and efficiency. Appointments were consistently delayed, resulting in excessive waiting times. The lack of effective time management demonstrated a complete disregard for the value of patients' time and added unnecessary stress to an already unpleasant experience.Moreover, the clinic's billing and administrative processes were a complete mess. There were numerous errors in my invoices, and the staff appeared clueless when it came to resolving billing issues. Their incompetence and lack of attention to detail only added to my frustration and further highlighted their unprofessionalism.Overall, my experience at the Disappointing Medical Clinic was nothing short of a nightmare. The unprofessional staff, unclean facilities, and lack of organization left me feeling neglected and disrespected. I strongly advise anyone seeking quality healthcare to avoid this clinic at all costs. There are far better options available that prioritize professionalism, patient care, and respect for their patients.
