The staff go above and beyond! We arent from Calgary, they did alterations overnight and even delivered the dress in person, out of their way. Very kind, compassionate and accomodating. Would go back any day.

I bought my grad dress from here. The experience was so amazing that after visiting another store I decided to go back as I wanted to buy from them! They are so supportive and helpful. They let me come back in the same day after my appointment and let me try on more dresses until I found the one! I recommend coming here first!!!

Booked an appointment a week ago just to get a feel to what dresses my daughter likes. One of the owners, Niki, answered the phone and was very accommodating compared to other places in town. We were late for the appointment, and Echo was understanding and patient. Pretty good choices, and the lady who helped us out was so patient. My daughter found a 2 piece dress, which is usually hard to find. It was a discontinued style, so we got an amazing deal. Oki and Niki were awesome owners. So easy going , friendly and eager to sell. I was glad to give my business to Echo, they deserve it!!! Keep up the great work

We made a last minute appointment on a busy saturday and yet the customer service was amazing from everyone, especially the service that we received from suzana zecevic was so amazing. She made us feel comfortable and confident in ourselves, and the they also carry a large selection of beautiful dresses! Would recommend!!

Amazing! Went in late after an appointment at a different place fell through and they squeezed us in and they were so amazing and had such an amazing selection! Definitely recommend for grad dress shopping!
