I am very satisfied with my purchase from Ecodeck.
Since it was my first time using composite materials, I had no clue. John helped me to choose the right color and meterials to complete my first composite deck. His service was above and beyond. I will definately use them again!!

Was merging on to Deerfoot and their guy cut us off with a truck and trailer. I honked to show how dangerous his actions are. Guy flips out, traps me and my kids, in a lane that is ending. He was trying to get me to pullover to fight him. I evaded and eventually got in to traffic where he blocked out route through 4 lane changes. I have messaged the company and sent photos of the guy. No response and they refuse my calls now. Very dangerous person they are protecting. Be wary who you hire for your jobs.

Great communication with John at EcoDeck to order and receive needed trim to complete deck installation sent to Ontario. Great price point for the quality of products. Easy to install and looks fantastic. Would do business again without question!

Wonderful experience dealing with EcoDeck. Deck boards were easy to install, love that they are double sided. They look fantastic.
John is friendly and very helpful.
Highly recommend considering EcoDeck for your next project. Price and service were far better than anything else we found in the city.

John helped me out with my order and I must say, the customer service is the best I've dealt with. I ordered 55 rundle grey boards and 5 bags of fasteners and John took the time to make sure I have everything I need for my project. He also gave me a 15% discount on my boards which saved me hundreds of $$ and ended up being cheaper than other brands.Most impressive of all, on the day of delivery, John's delivery drive bailed on him so John used his truck to deliver all my products on time taking multiple trips. I am so appreciative and would 100% recommend this company.As for the product, I compared the free sample with other brands such as Trex and I found that Eco Deck boards are much stronger and much more weather resistant since they have cast all around and the hollow space structure or they call "honeycomb" structure makes the boards stronger.I literally cannot be happier with my purchase.
