I purchased a def delete kit in February 2024 that did not work on my car. After a few back and forth with the owner, Miguel, it was determined that the program would not work. However, he wanted to wait until I could come to Calgary (a 9hr+drive) to resolve the issue instead of offering me a refund like I asked. Fast forward 8 months later after MONTHS of back and forth with him, I have mailed the program back for a refund and he is still not willing to give me my money back for a product that did not work and that is back in his possession. He will give you a run around trying to "solve" the issue and is very unprofessional. Response time is a week plus and often you have to call to get an employee to tell him to answer his emails. It is very frustrating to deal with him, I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Went to ECU to get my EDC coded out for my BMW M240i, I had to go there 3 times for this service. First time they coded out the EDC but didn't finish because they said they needed to add another protocol to make sure the code doesn't come back. They asked me if I could come back again next week to finish this service and I said sure no problem. The next week comes I drive all the way to their shop just for them to tell me that the person who was going to finish coding the car left. They could have given me a call ahead of time so that I didn't have to waste my time and drive all the way down there. Third time I went I had a appointment booked for 2pm, which I arrived for 5 minutes early too, I waited from 1:55pm till 5:15pm just for them to finish coding out my EDC. They didn't move the car till 4pm so I had to sit there for 2 hours before they even moved my car in the first place, then another 1 hour and 15ish minutes just to finish the service. Once all that was done He rang me up at the front desk and tried to charge me 330$ when I was quoted 150$ in the email they sent me. Same person who quoted me 150$ tried to charge me 330$, If I didn't pull up the email with the quote they would have taken 330$ for a 150$ service. I'm pretty disappointed with my experience.

I booked my vintage E46 car in for an ABS module repair. I was quoted 200-500 for the repair service. This was the only reason I came in. Santiago (A mechanic( or probably not!) took his scanner to my car in the parking lot and spent 1/2 an hour checking codes and then just took off for a joy ride with out any permission to do so! WTF? I don't let anyone drive my car unless I say so. When he returned he passed me the keys and said he cleared the codes and said If the lights show up I would need to recheck wheel speed sensors because they won't touch it. His reason was because they didn't do the original work on the car? I paid 80.00 to find this out? When I went out to my car to leave I found a strong smell of clutch face burning in my car! It was so strong I had to open all 4 windows and my eyes were burning! I was pissed! and returned to confront him about his miss treating my baby! I asked to see his boss or the owner. The manager was busy at the time catching shit from another pissed customer. I told this manager about Santiago taking my newly restored vintage car for a joy ride obviously ripping around burning up my new clutch ! Santiago denied doing it of course. The manager said to him" just give him his money back" and then disappeared back into his room. Santiago should have been fired on the spot for this bull shit! The evidence was strong! I've been in the automotive business for over 30 years and this isn't my 1st rodeo! BEWARE OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS HERE !!! BE SURE TO Read the negative reviews about the real repair work disasters like l should have done. Don't put a lot of stock in the 5 star oil change reviews. I've done business with several reputable speed shops in this town for many years now. After visiting a few today they told me they have heard horror stories about them and the work they have or haven't performed for other customers and thanked me for the update

these guys were highly recommended to me to install a dashcam in my Lucid Air Touring.
They took their time explaining a few things to me before doing the install.
I'm very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

I bought a delete kit from them for my X5. I mailed my ecu to the to be tuned I paid a lot for 2 day delivery because I needed my vehicle back. They mailed it back the same day they received it but with the cheapest shipping possible, took almost 2 weeks to get back to me. Then my check engine light came on for the DPF filter which was supposed to be tuned out and when the tuner got back to me he said oh sorry I forgot to tune that out and that I'd have to either ship my ecu back to them or pay a $500 deposit for their cord so that they could tune it remotely and then pay to ship that back to them. Horrible customer service and when they screw up they do NOT go out of their way to make it right. I don't know how their still in business.

BE CAREFUL on this site, they are not repair professionals. A few weeks ago I took my Audi Q5 in for a possible oil leak, they checked it there and gave me a diagnosis that consisted of two phases, changing a part (budget approximately 950 dollars) if the loss continued, I had to change the lower part (lower timing chain cover approximate budget 2,000 thousand dollars), I have agreed to carry out the first phase and it turns out that the car has run out in less than two weeks oil, almost broke the engine, I go to discuss what happened and the person in charge of the counter tells me that they received advice from a professional on these cars. , a place a few meters from them and that they would not continue with the repair, because I insisted that if they invested those 2000 thousand dollars more, the problem had to be solved if they were sure that the problem and the solution they offered were correct , this is because being close to the other location, I requested a second diagnosis and it did not match the one from ecuprogrogram, anyway, I ask them for a solution, the guy at the counter tells me that I sent an email to the manager and they have After 2 more weeks, they have not responded to my email, the guy at the counter does not respond to my text messages, in short, they are not professionals in any sense nor do they show their face, now I will have to seek legal help to solve the problem, it deserves the worth this unreliable sites or take the car to the audi house?
This has happened to my son. I have proof of everything mentioned above.
I am brandon.

November 10 2023 I ordered a stage 2 tune for Mercedes GL350. When the PowerGate tuner arrived, they asked me to read the stock file and send it to them. Having tuned all of my previous vehicles, I am familiar with the process. Right off the bat there was issues, the tuner was unable to read the ECU. I sent the log files over to them and they forwarded to alientech (the powergate manufacturer) to investigate. On 12/12/23 AlienTech released an update fixing the issue for the PowerGate, and I was able to successfully read the stock tune file and send it to them. On 12/15/23 they sent me a tuned file to write to the ECU. Finally, after a month later the vehicle will be tuned! WRONG! The PowerGate was now giving an error that it could not write the ECU. First it was could not read, now it was could not write. Issue after issue. But I am patient, so I tell them and send log files 2 times, which they forwarded to AlienTech. I gave weeks for Alientech to fix the issue, and in fact ECU Program Inc stopped replying to me entirely until 1/16/24 when I told them if they don't let me return the device I will file a dispute with my bank. They finally reply and tell me I can return the defective tuning product. They first tell me that I must pay to ship the tuner back to them, to which I told them I will not pay to return the tuner, since it is defective. They send me prepaid FedEx label, of which I sent it back and it got rejected by customs (I live in USA) and returned to me. They sent another one with "updated" customs forms and it was this time seized by customs for review. I called FedEx and got it sorted, it then finally got delivered to them 2/8/24, for which they said they would issue no refund at all because the device says it tuned the vehicle. They had to contact AlienTech to confirm the log files (again) that the device could not tune my car. Finally on 2/14/24 a partial refund was issued, however they subtracted 20% for Missing tuner box, FedEx return shipping charges, and the tuner needing to be reset as it was vin locked to my Mercedes ($150). They also did not refund original shipping charges that I paid to have it shipped to me. Overall they did not refund $368 CAD for the defective tuning device, and there inability to perform the tuning service they offer for my Mercedes. I am in no way denying the missing box for the tuner, after having the defective unit for 3+ months I misplaced the box, 100% my fault, however that box is not worth $368. They should let the box slide just as an apology for putting me through 3+ months of headache and Calling and emailing constantly to get this sorted. Making me pay for the return shipping charges, and to pay $150 to unlock the tuner because it did not work with my car, is absolutely ridiculous and not right. In fact, to this day they have not replied to my emails asking to refund the 20% and original shipping charges. I am likely going to end up having to file dispute with my bank. If Monday they still do not refund, I will file Better Business Bureau claim. Find attached photos showing error messages and refund deductions.
