I returned an online purchase due to a notmatching size. The person who did the transaction didn't let me know they do not refund in full, and after I talked to the manager, he was very rude and condescending. The least he could do to at least sound professional was that they will let customers know their policy before processing a return but instead he only shrugged his shoulder and said they never explain anything! Ridiculous! You lost a regular customer and I'll never buy anything from Eddie Bauer ever again!

I really like the brand and like the quality. On one of the rare occasions, I was not happy with the quality, I decided to return the item. But to my surprise, they denied taking the as system mentioned it's past the return policy dates. And actually I came to return on the 60th day of ordering this item which means still under the return policy. Store manger agreed that the item should be able to return but could not do because of system glitch. Just apologized and said could not help beyond this. So what's the point of having a manger in the store who can't resolve customer issues in spite of knowing customer is right and it's the company's problem which system glitch. Not only this is caused an inconvenience to drive all the way to the store in bad winter conditions but also issues like this takes away the trust on the brand and the store you used to like a a customer.
If no start was an option, I would have selected that.

After spending too much $ at a very similar neighbouring store in the mall, we thought we’d just do some quick price comparisons… WELL!! Not only did we walk into a giant 50% off sale… we were pleasantly greeted instantly, taken to a section I initially inquired about, offered different colours and sizing w a quick message to the back, a different associate appeared in a minute with everything I wanted! At that point … it was on! The selections, the pricing … and when I thought I was finished, I was told they had TALL sizes! My husband is 6’5” he hits up George Richard’s every few years… So! Combine that with excellent pricing, selection, and outstanding customer service - a giant shout-out to Jesse and the crew! I have found a new favorite store! TBH I had never shopped at EB before! Oh and can’t forget the great and ever-so kind and patient, Augustina, while at check out, I decided to order even more TALL sizes on-line to be delivered to my home. If only I could give you more stars! Thanks so much!!

Nice store, good assortment, however worst customer service. The cashier (bearded mid age man) was unpleasant, inconsiderate, and totally killed my desire to shop there again.

We went there today, and the guy at the Cash was behaving in a very rude way.He was looking awkwardly at us while doing the transaction, and when we were providing details he was making different faces like he did not want to deal with us. He was fair or white in colour with golden brown beard and age nearly around 30-32.We felt very uncomfortable during the whole process. Even he was looking when we were shopping. Strange behaviour. Really cheap and awkward.

I I was in the store this morning with a defective zipper on a jacket pocket. I dealt with Andrew who was courteous, and professional. End result was a jacket replacement. I highly recommend shopping at this location.
