I'm writing this review to share a recent unsatisfactory experience with Edible Arrangements. As a longtime customer, I'm saddened and disappointed by the service I received this Mother's Day.The fruit basket I ordered for my mom arrived in poor condition. The fruit was overripe to the point of rotting, the chocolate melted, and the overall presentation was very unappealing. My mom, ever gracious, didn't want to upset me, but the photos she sent me were hard to stomach. It's important to note here that this was not a matter of aesthetics, but one of food safety.When I contacted customer service, the response was lackluster. It took me two days and repeated calls to finally speak with a manager. I was then informed that they had been aware of an issue with their refrigeration system, which had led to the subpar quality of the fruit. They apologized and offered a refund and a replacement, but the damage was already done.I was disappointed not only with the poor quality of the product but also with their decision not to notify me of the issue. If I'd been informed earlier, I could have made alternative arrangements for Mother's Day. The lack of communication was disheartening.Moreover, it's concerning that they knowingly sent out a product that was below their usual standards and potentially unsafe. The decision to prioritize sales over customer safety and satisfaction is deeply troubling.In summary, my experience with Edible Arrangements this Mother's Day was far from pleasant. They've lost my trust and my business due to this incident. While they offered to make amends, the entire situation could have been avoided with better communication and a more responsible approach to handling their product issues. I urge potential customers to take this into consideration before making a purchase.

I ordered the same day delivery day for Fathers day and we got it around 4pm which was great. I ordered the Father’s day dipped feast box and a father’s day foil balloon. However I didn’t get the foil ballon which was unfortunate and it was $7 . I hope they can issue a refund or something. The fruits were really good regardless I just wished a got the foil balloon too.

Buyer beware!We ordered strawberries and flowers to be delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. The flowers showed up dead, wilting, and some even had broken stems, not a drop of water in the vase. I understand this isn’t a floral company, but don’t offer the option of sending flowers if you’re going to charge $75 and send out dead bouquets with barely any flowers in them. I am very disappointed as my family and I have been customers for many years, and the service we received was anything but good. I’m giving a one star because I reached out to the company and they did send a new bouquet. However, it was a very small replacement and still didn’t seem like it was $75 worth of flowers. I would not recommend purchasing flowers here you will get healthier and more for your buck if you just purchase them at the grocery store. I will not be a returning customer to edible arrangements and after reading the other reviews I highly suggest if you’re considering them to look elsewhere first.

I am greatly disappointed and will never order from them again. My order was over $133.00 and was for my adult son's birthday in Calgary. I paid $7.00 to include a foil birthday balloon, (which is only $1.50 elsewhere, so ridiculous price), and it was not included in the delivery. I phoned the store and the message said to leave a name and number for a call back. I did and said what had happened, but no one bothered to call me. Then I sent an email and did not get a response to that either. They can't even be bothered to apologize or even discuss with me their careless error. For that kind of money, I can get a much better present elsewhere next time.

BAD EXPERIENCE at Shawnessy location.I received an email wishing me a Happy Birthday and offering me a free 12 piece box of chocolate dipped fruit.I went to the Shawnessy location during my lunch hour to redeem my gift and buy an arrangement for a friend recovering from surgery.The attractive grey haired lady didn't greet me with a smile so perhaps she was having a bad day before I entered. Suddenly - the email which I showed her on my phone with the appropriate code to redeem the gift - was laden with rules that she seemed to make up on the spot. 1.) She input my phone number and although my name, which I had not given her, came up she told me that she had no information about me or any orders ? *so my name isn't sufficient? 2.) I hadn't ordered at her location in the past year. Email didn't mention restrictions... other than 3.) This "Offer good through your birthday month"... suddenly became, according to her, BEFORE the end of the month, and since today was May 31 - that meant that YESTERDAY; May 30 was the last day this offer would be good... so my birthday being May 31 - offer not valid? And FINALLY 4.) "Oh... it must have come from a .com website". What the??? Such a lost opportunity to offer good customer service - such as; "Happy Birthday! Oh I see this a 'dot.com' website! That doesn't really apply to us, so feel free to unsubscribe so you don't get this next year... but in the meantime - let's get you my finest chocolate dipped fruit so you can celebrate in style! And what else can I get you today?" $$$Instead, I left mad due to the inconvenience of driving to this location and leaving empty handed, and the rudeness of this owner/employee making up lies on the spot so as to not fulfil the promise from a company I recognize (as not an employee of Edible Arrangements) to be her. I like[d] edible arrangements to this point. I have sent them across Canada, and have had them delivered to me. SHAWNESSY location will now be my last resort for future purchases. I wonder if this lost future business was worth the cost of the promised box of fruit? VERY DISAPPOINTED! VERY DISAPPOINTING!

My mother in law ordered us a bouquet of flowers and an edible arrangement for Christmas. She told us it would be delivered between 10am-4pm. We were waiting for the bell to ring and eventually when I opened the front door, I found everything sitting out front on the step. We watched our doorbell camera and the driver came at 11:15am and didn't ring the bell. Everything sat outside in -16 degree weather until 1:45pm when I just happened to look outside. Really disappointed in the delivery service, everything looks beautiful but our flowers are starting to wilt after thawing already.

All around great experience! Easy to order, easy to pay, same day delivery (from the NICEST guy apparently! Wish I could have caught him to give him a tip!). Recipient was thrilled and shared the treats. Delicious and fresh. I'll be back!

Ordered a pickup arrangement during the Stampede and soon realized parking or pulling over to grab it wasn't going to happen. Called the store at 2:30 on a Friday and Jazz said she would make sure the arrangement was delivered to the NW. Within the hour it was delivered by a very nice driver. Thanks for going above and beyond guys!

I was sending my friend a congratulatory gift from here. I ordered the large option pictured on the right. The 2 left photos are what was sent. I understand that sometimes orders may not be as exactly shown. For that price though, I expect it to be at least the same size. I’m super disappointed with this location and would never recommend it. I’ve had no issues at other locations in the city and suggest going to one of them instead.

Currently in Toronto at the moment and wanted to surprise my cousin and her family out there in Calgary. Wasn't sure if anyone would be home on the 23rd and the driver was kind enough to drop it off at her work!I very much appreciate that! They loved it and I'm just beyond happy.
