I've shopped in store on a weekend before Christmas and a weekday in January. Different energy levels and time spent each time, but still a great experience. I was assisted by Felipe, who seemed more concerned than we were that we would get the most value out of our purchases.The experience with our in-store purchases gave me the confidence to follow up with two large online purchases—one for our professional group and one for my extended family members. We've made excellent decisions, finding what would really improve our coffee experience and avoided purchases that seemed fun, but didn't suit our needs or style. Knowledge is power.

EDIT: Unfortunately, I have to bump this down to a 1-star review ): I had emailed the service team (after being asked to give more clarification) and they still haven't gotten back to me after a week of reaching out. Would love to support Eight Ounce because they carry interesting coffee, but I think I'll support the roasters directly instead!-----------Definitely have a mixed review. Loved interacting with David - he was so friendly and knowledgeable, super excited for his future plans! Thanks for the amazing coffee!Service team was okay - definitely spent 15-20-ish minutes waiting to pick up some gear, and the coffee I picked up is 6 weeks past the roast date, which isn't super great. Would love it if you had one additional person on the show room floor and gave coffee within the 3 weeks past roast date!

Always appreciate the selection they have to offer.Had an excellent customer service experience as well - I received a product with a defect, and Gabby was very prompt in arranging for a replacement to be shipped within a few hours.

Have you ever walked into a fancy coffee shop and walked out disappointed and wondering why this place is still in business ?That's what I thought might happen here , but they really surprised me with their latte.Honestly it was the best one I've ever had. It was rich creamy full flavored with no bitterness . I loved it.Can definitely recommend from this user

Popped in at Christmas as my partner needed a few things and while we were browsing Wes offered me a delicious coffee while I was waiting and asked if I wanted to learn how to make a latte! Yes, all the fancy coffee gear was mildly intimidating but I had a ton of fun. Really impressed with the customer service here and how passionate these folks are about coffee

This place is great. Undoubtedly my go to for anything fine coffee. Good selection and it's constantly changing, and a variety of quality equipment whether you're looking for budget options or something real nice. Super knowledgeable staff, and the space is well organized!

I order regularly online from this shop and not only do they have most of the things you may ever need, but their customer service team is amazing! I reached out to sort out a quality issue I had with a product ordered and they immediately sent out a replacement. They really make you feel valued and ensures the process is very easy!!Also very fast shipping to BC. :)

I had such a great experience ordering from Eight Ounce Coffee. I had a defect with the kettle I ordered and when I contacted support, they thoroughly walked through the steps with me to try to replicate the issue. When they confirmed that it was a defect, they promptly sent me a replacement within the week. Special shout out to Jesse for the excellent customer service.
