Wanna say what a superb job the staff at 58Ave in Calgary offered and delivered. Outstanding. Made me feel safe and happy with Enterprise.
Manager was exceptional at return time and the initial representative was great when I picked the vehicle up.

It’s not very often that I run into issues with companies, but I’m quite furious at enterprise.
They rented us a vehicle, through our insurance while our own car is in the shop, and DECIDED TO SELL IT WHILE WE HAVE IT?!
I’m honestly so confused as to why you would sell a car that is currently being rented out?
Not only that, but they forced us to drive it back at a very inconvenient time for us.
They didn’t compensate us for the inconvenience, or the fact that we put had a full tank of gas in the car before it was returned.
They actually tried to downgrade the level of vehicle we had when we got there too.
We generally don’t use enterprise, but since our insurance wanted us to use them, we did.
Be careful renting from enterprise because you might have to switch vehicles halfway through.
We will not be returning if this is the business they conduct. Beyond unimpressed.

I booked an appointment for car rental to get a service while my car is on the auto body shop sadly i speak to one of their representatives in this location he is yelling at me and try to bite me and telling me that i need to pay first and it is expensive because they don’t get any approval from my insurance. I told him that i will pay for first while waiting for the insurance approval. I don’t get his name Who ever you are carefull on what you are saying lower the tone of your voice

I had an excellent experience here. The service was very friendly and professional. The staff explained my optional add-ons very clearly and was extremely flexible with the vehicle options. Absolutely recommended.
