Ihave a big concern about lost and find things.
Last time I forgot to give them second key of rental vehicle so I gave them back next week they said if you will not return key we will charge your credit card other end and I forgot my new pair of “ RAYBAN “ glasses in return vehicle I call couple of time a visit them they call another customer who rent the same car that I return he said yes I do have the Sun glasses and I will return when I get time. They said we will call you when we receive your glasses after no body call me there is no responsibility for customers belongings.
2. The way they are taking care of our belongings is disgusting I will attach picture of customers stuff that they put on a box like very messy.
3. If any body have an expensive stuff like glasses phone or anything for sure you will get back with a lot of scratches.
I didn’t get my Glasses back may be they keep it (Staff)
They claim we throw stuff after 3 months who knows that .
At the end of the if you left your stuff please call them and remind them and get it back as soon as possible because these guys are very irresponsible.😡

1 star because 0 wasn't an option. They were dishonest and rude, and talked down to me because I didn't understand the process or renting a car. Enterprise is fine, just go too a different location.

Adrian at the forest lawn branch is extremely professional and helpful. He is polite and friendly. Would definitely go back to him for any future requirements. Easy, quick and convenient service!

Extremely positive and friendly staff. Customer service was outstanding. Thomas (I think??) was short-staffed the day I picked up the rental, but he still got things organized quickly and efficiently. Drop-off was painless and once again the staff were super friendly. Highly recommend this location!

I rented a car from enterprise 17th ave location in SE, I rented through insurance who were covering my costs up to the 18th, I left a $150 deposit as manditory to rent from them. When my insurance stopped paying i called to extend the rental. They said ok no problem and nothing else. Then i get charges on my card holding all funds untill the day my rental is returned on the card, a pre auth charge they say that will be returned if i use another method of payment but now i cant use my cc untill i return the car... THIS WAS NOT explained to me when i asked to extend the rental. NOR was i told my $150 deposit was being used to cover new charges. I have not even returned the car yet, AND was NOT told this is what they would be doing by ANY of their staff. I had intended on paying out the rental with a different form of payment and NOW they basically told me too bad they will not release the charges until the car is returned. AGAIN NO ONE THERE EXPLAINED MY CARD WOULD HAVE ANY CHARGES HELD. They told me when i signed the contract for the rental it authorized them to charge basically anything they wanted. I was told i would be responsible for any tickets or damage, They did not one time tell me they could charge my card for anything. I was told they needed a deposit i was NEVER told by any staff they could charge my card before the rental was returned, I would have never kept the rental if this was explained to me I would have returned it the minute insurance stopped paying and made other arrangements. Worst experience ever I will never rent with Enterprise again.

Enterprise is a joke. Tried to say I incurred damages a truck apparently has from 2 months ago. When I received this vehicle there was no dents or cracks that were visible on the bumper and now these clowns are saying. The frame is cracked and all the BS. I took picture and when I seen the vehicle there was no damages from what I seen. Clowns are now trying to pin damages from previous use in me. What a joke this company is
