I am sorry 26 st NE enterprise location doesn't deserve any star this time. I've sent in the review to enterprise. They gave me a car was breaking down and smoking inside the car - the rep A offered me another car with broken down windshield ?? Horrible service. Spent three hours to get a better car before the airport location assisted me and they were amazing and gave me a reliable car. Won't rent from here again. The manager was so unwilling to listen and she didn't even want to spend any seconds to chat with me. Sad experience. They need training from yyc reps and crowfoot location guys. I treat rental car people so well - I do tend to rent a lot for my business. Won't be renting from this location.
update: this location called back, but I was on the other line- I called back within few minutes, the rep said Mr.A will call back- never did... now there you go... unfortunately pay attention before you book - have a good day folks ....

Was not notified when I got over my rental limit. I was $483 over my limit which is way too much. Also I had to switch cars to extend my allowance, there was no problem with that but upon returning the vehicle, they found damage to the right grill which I find a little suspicious. They said could’ve been a rock hit it. Second car that I got also got a damage, and guess what. It’s also on the right side bottom of the car, where it is barely noticeable. I didn’t even see it till after a day that it was with me. So I came back to them to have it put on file that the damage was already there. So for anyone renting here, be very careful. Always check the vehicle at least three times. I don’t trust them and will never rent with them again.

Rental was ready with a reservation code from my insurance. Vehicle was exceptionally clean and of similar size to my own vehicle. Staff were very friendly and polite and knowledgeable. Emma was exceptional with her service and driving me to my vehicle for pick up.

The staff at this location are kind, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. It was busy but I still got fast service and a pristine rental. My boyfriend also is renting a car from a different enterprise location and his experience was very different. He picked up a filthy car, not even close to what he usually drives. I’m so grateful that I was able to get a nice vehicle while mine is in for hail repair for the next however long, I was super bummed to not have my car for the winter months. But they were able to get me in a nice vehicle equivalent to what I have with remote start as well, despite the huge demand for rentals right now. It doesn’t seem like a huge deal but it is to me! The lovely lady that did my walk around even noted the tires were nearing the end of their life (not something I would have noticed) and offered to swap for a different car. I ended up taking it as is (I’ve driven on much worse) and she was kind enough to tell me that if I have issues with it in the snow to just let them know and they’ll make it right. Thanks for all of the attention to detail and strings pulled!! My stress over having a rental immediately went away. Highly recommend using this location!

Had a great experience with renting at this particular location. Pick up was very easy and well priced. The initial pickup wasn’t equipped with proper heated seats and I was instantly upgraded to a full size suv. Ended up having an issue with return and stuck dropping off in golden bc where there was no actual enterprise location. Want to give a personal shout out to arrand who handled the situation and took great care of me. Thanks so much for the excellent service.
