I’ve rented cars all over North America and this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. Patrick went way above and beyond during what I could see was a very stressful time after a long weekend. No complaints, kept a great attitude, showed me a few options, gave me a discount really just to keep me happy. Just an overall great experience. The drop off crew was also very friendly and even asked if there was anything they could have done to improve. I thought for a second and couldn’t think of one thing they could have done better. Flawless by Patrick and team. Thanks again guys. Much appreciated (AB).

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Vehicles are clean and in good running condition. Excellent service overall.

Went to pick up my car which I reserved a week before and surprising the location was closed and they transferred me to another location and that location didn’t have any vehicle. Took an uber and no remorse from the employees or customer service.
What a bad customer experience and not even an ounce of respect from Enterprise. Do better!!!
Called customer service and they booked me the same location next day, went there again and they didn't have the vehicle. How stupid is Enterprise.

I was not very happy at the beginning. Because they are short of SUV, my insurance booked SUV for me, I end up got the sedan. I have 2 kids car seat and back injury. Sedan really doesn't work for me. After 3 days back and forth communication. I finally got an SUV. I want to say thank you to the manager Patrick. He is very helpful and professional. He responded my message every time. Customer service representative Cuthbert is also super friendly. Every time I walked into office, he always greet me with the big smile. acknowledged my presence , check with my satisfaction when I leave. I hope this enterprises location owner can recognize these 2 wonderful staff. Because of their professional, at the end it turns out I am 100% completely satisfied with enterprise.

TL;DR - Enterprise is a disingenuous lousy organization that doesn't care abouts it's customers... it's crooked.
An accident occured a week prior where my insurance company reserved a rental for me at the Enterprise Branch...
I requested for a simple sedan as I didn't have too much demands. I got a 2024 Nissan Versa with the mindset of only using it for 2-3 days and within a day of using the vehicle it broke down in front of my home and it just wouldn't start....
For sure im guessing a dead battery or low battery. The fact it broke down goes to show the supreme quality of maintenance that Enterprise performs on it's vehicle thats for sure...
Here's the best part:
I called Entperise 2x specifically the Road Assistance hotline, and I spoke with a representative who stated they would "Call me back" and I never heard from them...
I had to physically travel to the branch where Patrick requested me to tow OUT OF MY OWN POCKET to the Service Center '10555 - 25th St NE'. I decided to tow it to Hopewell because that was the logical conclusion as I picked it up from there just 2 days prior...
Patrick storms out in a very rude manner, and tells me to tow it to the Service Center. What's funny is that when I did, the representative at that location told me "It made no sense to do that because I picked up the vehicle at Hopewell thus I should've towed it to Hopewell and not to the Service Center by the airport"....
Not only did these people make me waste my time, diginity and hard earned money. The disrespect I endured, especially the rude customer service and disingenuous "I'm sorry to hear that" has sadly taught me the true nature of Enterprise...
The whole marketing is a facade to the real Entperise behind the mask, and the organization is crooked to the core.

Great service! Friendly staff! Great customer service! Clean establishment. I got my car rental. It was convenient, fast, and helpful. It was easy to return the car once I was done. Overall, I'm happy with everything. No issues. Shout out to Aira, who is a staff there! Shout out to others there as well.

These guys are the worst, I kept calling them to check how many days I had left on the rental with insurance and they kept saying that they would call me to let me know, insurance called to let me know I have to return and these guys now say I was over 7 days horrible customer service and the branch manager doesn’t know how to talk with customers

I recently had a fantastic experience with Enterprise Car Rental, thanks to Ruhi’s exceptional service. From the moment I started the booking process, which was fast and simple, Ruhi was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When I arrived to pick up the car, she greeted me warmly, processed the paperwork swiftly, and guided me to the vehicle.
The rental car was spotless, well-maintained, and performed perfectly throughout my rental period. I was especially grateful for the convenience, as I needed a reliable vehicle while mine was in the shop.
Overall, I highly recommend Enterprise Car Rental for anyone needing a rental, and a special thanks to Ruhi for her outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be using their services again!
