We had some bad road conditions and were going to be late, the service person said he would wait for us. We ended up 40 minutes late and he waited for us to arrive. Best above and beyond service that I have seen in a long time. I will always rent from these guys in the future.

We took a rental from Enterprise Fish creek and we are always very happy with the enterprise service. I booked through Costco and AVIS price is competitive but still went ahead with Enterprise because they always give a good car.
This time we took for a week and the car had few issues. The GPS screen is switching off all the time and need to reset it multiple times and the Ford Explorer we used is not smooth enough and making some flapping noise
No response from the Local branch even after contacting customer service
