The absolute worst enterprise location I have ever been to. They charge me if I am even 5 mins late, they refuse to honour my work discount because I couldn’t log into my work email which I am not allowed to outside of work. The staff never try to help me and are very rude to me. I like enterprise but this particular location is the absolute worst location. There is a guy there that acts like he has something personal against me

I had an excellent experience with Lohit at Enterprise! He went above and beyond to ensure I got a car comparable to the one I have in for service. The entire process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free. Lohit also made sure the rate was low, which is a huge relief as it means my insurance can cover it for a longer period. Exceptional service all around – I highly recommend Lohit and the team at this Enterprise location!

The rental process was good, but the fact that I couldn’t return the vehicle at a different location was extremely frustrating.

DO NOT GO HERE. Had a rental car which was paid through my insurance company. Sent my car back and then got a random charge on my credit card for $840.00 with NO explanation. Car was sent back with a full tank of gas and in the same condition I got it in.

Have to give a 5 star review here for the team, I had a problems on my side and the team sorted everything out for me and were very understanding of the situation. A special shoutout to Brian who helped me with everything and was very professional and understanding about the whole situation. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a rental!
