Very professional Team. Charge you on your cc without consent. Even when I told them that let me come back whats the confusion from the Insurance. First they billed it wrong and then dont wanna deal and console the upset client. Instead put you on hold for 30 mins without dealing and further then dont even pickup your calls seeing the phone no. probably on the called ID. I also deal with clients all the time at my work place and fairly understand how it works. However, this is the most unprofessional deal I have ever dealt with. This kinda service doesnt talk about the high end service or professionalism they boast about on their company name all the time. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

Always an incredible service! Having a car and dealing with insurance is a pain, but the staff and service here is always excellent! Every one of the staff is great, kind and so helpful! A special mention to Tom and Keydn, but honestly every time I’ve called it’s always been great service!

Staff is fast and friendly and makes the pick up smooth.
I rent form here several times a year and I have yet to pick a car up that was clean on the inside. bags of old McDonalds left on car floor, no vacuum, outside filthy, windows dirty. You shouldn't have to pick up a rental car and clean it yourself and it shouldn't smell awful inside. I have informed staff if it happens again I will take my business elsewhere.

My appointment to meet an enterprise representative at the td auto centre at 1:30 pm. I arrived five minutes early and spoke to the gentleman on the right. He said the other rep was coming from royal oak enterprise and will be a few minutes late. I sat down and waited in the lobby. Several other guests were in the lobby. Around 1:50pm the lady who you see on the computer on the left walked in and sat behind the computer, not saying hi to anyone or acknowledging her colleague who was holding the fort by himself with various customers. After 2:10pm, approximately 40 mins later, I went to the gentleman and asked if his colleague is on their way. The lady spoke up and said oh I’m here from royal oak to drop off a rental. During that 40 minute stretch she did not speak to a single person or offered any help.
It’s disheartening that the level of service could be so bad. Firstly being unpunctual and arrive 20 minutes after the appointment, then not checking with any of the people to see if they’re the 1:30pm client. She sat there for half an hour browsing on the computer and on her phone.
I try to give the benefit of the doubt that people are working and are busy so i waited patiently. Perhaps I wad foolish to assume she wasn’t there for a drop off, but that isnt my job to assume. My wife and two young kids waited in the van wondering what the hold up was. I took the afternoon off work to run this simple errand but left late and disappointed. To add salt to the wound we found two smelly socks in the center console.
If I sound like a grumpy old man, well thats not the case. Just a millennial wondering why some people don’t think customer service is important or worth while doing with pride.

I rent from Enterprise regularly, and I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've ever had. Samina, the Assistant Manager, truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. Samina’s exceptional service stood out, and I believe she deserves a promotion to a manager. Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile made my rental experience seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this branch of Enterprise, thanks to Samina’s outstanding customer service.

Had a rental as part of an insurance deal. When my insurance was up they called to inform me, also told me they would call the auto body shop that had my car still and would deal with them. I went to return my rental today and indeed they had called and got the shop to pay for the remainder of my rental. They also asked if I had an suggestions for them or feedback. Courteous, professional and good to deal with. Also told me if I needed my rental again within the week they would honor my insurance price. Thanks Micah and team!

The staff at this location all seem very happy, which makes me feel good too. Every employee is cool. Especially, the female staff member, Sam, deserves an 11 out of 10. The prices are very reasonable, and the cars are in great condition.

Enterprise Nolanridge... RUN, don't walk.If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. We were given this rental through our insurance company because it was part of this "one stop shop" for the auto collision centre. The man working the desk, calls himself the "manager" but from what information I was able to ascertain he is the only one who works that kiosk. Anyways, TD insurance setup the rental, as our car was in the shop getting repaired. We did a walk around of the rental car to look for any obvious signs of damage (nothing unusual), signed the paperwork and we were on our way. After 16 days, we returned the vehicle, however this time the "walk around" seemed to be more thorough. I've never seen a rental car company look underneath the bumpers or the undercarriage of a vehicle. He noted some "major" bumper damage to the undercarriage (pictures attached), and said that he would be filing a claim for damage because "You should have just purchased the Enterprise Insurance". This whole establishment seems like a money hungry cash grab. Not only did he get paid from TD, but then he charged us $250 plus whatever he thought he could get from our insurance company to repair the damage.My advice is don't rent from here, or take pictures of EVERYTHING, including the odometer, because he also claims that we drove this Corolla for 4,600km in 16 days using 3/4 of gas. So either we found the MOST fuel efficient car EVER or something seems super FISHY!!!UPDATE: We called Enterprise claims, disputed the claim, got the claim reversed, filed a complaint about this location and then this "MANAGER" called my cellphone 1/2 hour after the claim was reversed, wanted to talk about my complaint and how he found a CRACK ON THE WINDSHIELD. So sorry my friend, but you are getting NADA from me!!

Enterprise exceeded my expectations on how easy it was to rent a vehicle while my car was in the shop to get body work done. Kaden especially was amazing to deal with and made the whole process very easy and stress-free. I will use Enterprise again the next time I need a vehicle.
