A 0 if possible I rented a luxury vehicle for my daughter s 21st birthday with 6weeks notice. My pick up time was 3:30 and they kept pushing my time longer as I was waiting. After a hour I went back in to see if the vehicle was finally there but the man behind counter said I dont have a vehicle for you!! Go to Avis hahahaha what a joke! So I did actually go to Avis and got a Vehicle! I would never rent a vehicle from this company again!

The folks working at this location are absolutely outstanding! I've never had a rental experience this positive before! The vehicle was clean and in good condition. My truck broke down over the holidays, they turned a pretty stressful day into a treat! I'll definitely be renting from them again!

If you're renting a car in Alberta in the winter, it should have winter tires! The car that was provided to us was not equipped to handle the conditions on Highway 1 between Calgary and Medicine Hat.
We had to drive at 60 - 70 kph most of the way because the car felt so unsafe at higher speeds, jumping and sliding with any little bump.
The Enterprise location in Medicine Hat couldn't help with a replacement vehicle because "too many of our cars have been in collisions and we're short of vehicles".
Do better Enterprise! Your customer's safety should be top priority!

Enterprise is my favorite car rental company. I’ve rented a car at this location a few times, and I’m really satisfied with everything!
