Got my hair braided only for it to last a day and it to started falling out with box braids or any type of protective hairstyles like that should use the hot water method my hair barley touched the hot water after I was done….. not impressed!

I came here a few weeks ago with my mom for a pedicure. We were very pleased with the hospitality and service. The massage chair and amazing calve massage were an unexpected bonus !4/5 stars because the atmosphere is lacking and could use a revamp.Will return

Made an appointment for shellac nail polish change on toes and was told cost would be 30.00. My toes nails got trimmed and no mention of extra cost. Time to pay for service and was an extra 25.00 added because of nail trimming. Will never go back and cost is ridiculous just for a nail polish change. Staff unfriendly and place was not clean looking.

Nails by Alexis. They turned out perfectly how I wanted, very very friendly talkative staff. Greeted many customers by name. And very gentle with my nails and hands which is very important to me :) will be going back.

I have two experiences here and everyone seems nice, but my second experience made me write a bad review. My first experience here was perfect with Jessica as my hairstylist, but my second one couldn't be more flawed. In my second experience, I called them in advance if they have walk-ins and they said yes. But they made me book an appointment when walked-in. My hairstylist didn't do the faded pixie that I wanted with my hair and she did an undercut instead. I showed her a reference picture and what she did to my hair is nowhere near the picture. I like how the undercut suits me, but I am disappointed. It wasn't what I wanted and expected. It was not worth the money that I paid for.I don't usually care for writing a review for these kind of things, but I don't want anyone else to be surprised when they get a poor service from Selina.
