Terrible customer service， accidently press the car wash button. The guy refused to give me the refunds. I come to buy a gas. Why every time has to ask if you need a car wash? What if people don’t pay attention, they just pay for a car wash and never use it. I think this gas station try to steal your money. Never go again! Poor maintains for the car wash. Not cleaned at all. Don’t use it!

The gas sation the regular gas as $1.229. When I purchased the regular gas, yet the gas sation charged me the same price as the premium gas. I 100% sure I pressed the regular pump; it is on the left side/ first white button. I talked to the manager requesting to see the camera. They said they don not have the camera at the gas station. Can you believe it? This gas sation SCAMS you. For the sake of you DO NOT go that gas station! Don't forget to check you receipt!

The Esso on the corner of McKnight & 14th sucks bug time!!!!!! Pumps not working, no attendant people, card readers & pump computers not working, I tried several... close this dump down!!!!

Terrible customer service. Just trying to gas up and the pump wasn't working so I went inside and the attendant was condescending and rude. As I was trying to put this review up, I saw a similar review just a month ago that basically said the same thing. Maybe Esso should look into who works for them

Dont prepay at the pump! They will steal your money. They stole me 150$ and have to spend time I dont have fighting for it and disputing with my bank.
Will never get gas or buy anything from this place. Be aware! If that was your last few buck for the month you are very screwed and they couldn’t care less!
Poor service and management.
