Check your bills!! Went in for a redbull. The clerk wouldn’t get off the phone to help me so she scanned my can then went back to her call. I asked her why a banana was on my bill but she said oh it’s a promotion you don’t get charged. Actually I do get charged, 26 cents and I asked for a refund. 26 cents they are stealing every transaction. She wouldn’t refund my card either. Gave it to me in change and what am I going to do with 20 cents change.

The pump number 8 has a problem, generating double charges. I went to the gas station to ask the Seven eleven manager how he could solve this problem and he said he can't do anything to solve it. I have to go to my bank branch to request the cancellation of this purchase that was made using my credit card. Why does a gas station have a manager who doesn't solve problems that they themselves are aware are happening?

They need to sort out their pay-at-the-pump system because I can't count how many times I get stuck on the "Would you like a car wash?" screen only for it to not register any inputs and ultimately lead to a "Please see cashier for assistance" message.Otherwise, no complaints for a gas station.Edit: They've revamped their pump system with new hardware. Filled up several times and so far none of the previous complaints.

Didn't really expect to rate a gas station.!!! The gas was fantastic, my vehicle really enjoyed it, LOL.
