I had a very disappointing experience at this gas station today. The employee on duty was rude and unhelpful when I asked a simple question about the pump. Instead of assisting, they responded with attitude. Customer service should be a priority, but clearly it wasn’t here.

It's important to note that the this location dilutes the windshield washer fluid when temperatures because it is only -10 degrees Celsius and these are frozen. This practice can significantly reduce its effectiveness for motorists attempting to obtain clearer visibility. It is unfortunate to observe that companies like Esso seem to place less emphasis on customer service than in the past. This shift reflects a concerning trend in the industry.

My word, that has to be the worst car wash in Calgary. The amount of dirt that was still on my vehicle was shocking. The water pressure needs to be adjusted higher to spray both the dirt and soap off. Not worth the $18.99.
