The car wash will not clean your car if it is dirty. Asked for a re wash. They refused. I did not buy the cheap wash, I bought the premium wash. Showed the manager. He asked when my car was last washed and refused again. Unbelievable!

Went to store this evening to get a gift card and went home to use it was not activated so went back they told me call company that it came from and I did and company told me to go back where I got it. so went back they told that couldn't help me with out trying another card. Now want me come back in morning to talk to there manager. But I all ready know they going tell me that can't help me and out my 50 bucks. Not happy with the out come at all

Bunch of greedy people that own all the gas stations in the deep SE.
Gas is 1.02 downtown today.
However because of this....there's never a line up at the pump. Silver lining I guess...

Their gas is always higher than every other gas station in the area. Their Carwash is really bad. I purchased the most expensive pkg for $20. After the car wash without checking I went to Sobeys for 1/2 hour. Coming out of Sobeys I looked at my truck it was just as dirty as it was before the carwash. I stopped at the gas station again and told them that their carwash is not working properly and did not clean my car. I showed the receipt and one of the employees came out to check my truck. She said that it was dirty because I drove since the wash. On a dry clean day, drove for 4 kms. No way. They were really rude trying to tell me that I am trying to get a free carwash. I went to Co-Op on 130th. For less, $15, got a great wash. Avoid them and drive the extra 5 minutes to get better service for less at Coop. Even though I live around the corner from this station, I will never stop there for anything. Terrible customer service and very rude.

This is a great place to get gas. They also have a Tim hortons inside. Friendly staff and great customer service.

Just stopped in for fuel - all six windshield. Washer bins were empty. I notified the attendant through the speaker and she said “yes, I know, we are going to fill them later” which of course didn’t help me at the time. Obviously, they’ve been empty awhile if all 6 are dry. I finished fueling and asked for a receipt but then the printer was out of paper. I pushed the speaker button again, and this time they ignored me. Customer service is evidently not a priority
