Inga did the seamstress work on my dress and she did an amazing job. My dress required quite a size adjustment and it now is a perfect fit! She’s very talented and this store has an aura about it that makes you feel excited to be a bride.

We recently visited Ethos after a not so pleasant experience at the elsewhere. The staff at Ethos were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. So thankful for the experience at Ethos helping us say yes to the dress! Can't reccomend them enough.

I went to ethos with a friend to shop for bridal dresses, Lori did a phenomenal job explaining the process and stayed within our budget with all her recommendations. She was very informative about the alterations and possible changes to the dress that would make it fit our criteria! Thank you Lori for making our appointment so pleasant :)

Staff not very pleasant. I found a dress I did like, when it came to getting my details, the sales clerk asked me if I was going to lose weight before the wedding and order down. I said I wasn't. And she asked why not? I left.

I wish I had read reviews before wasting my time going here. The whole experience was disorganized. Starting from when I booked the appointment.
They have more dresses on their website than in store.
The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the lady that helped me was very kind, and actually attentive, even though they knew I wasn’t buying anything here (as I made apparent after not finding anything I liked, or within my price range).
If you like sparkly and extravagant dresses and have a larger budget, this place is for you.

Terrible customer service, if the dress I loved wasn’t here I wouldn’t have stayed. Very little information was ever given, even when asking for more. I was constantly being told one thing only to show up and be told something else (multiple times), was rushed through, not really listened to. I’m happy I have my dress, unfortunately I was limited on time so had to stick it out with this bridal shop, if I had more time I would have continued to shop around. If anyone is looking to have a nice experience and made to feel special (like you should when buy a wedding dress) I strongly advise not to go here.
I saw the comment by the owner (no record of my purchase), just a great example of their attention to detail lol so I attached a photo for proof. Note the name of the store on the window, and the ever so generous half a sip of champagne and sad little half rubbed out sign given when I said yes to the dress. A dress I was told I could buy off the rack (half the reason I picked the dress) so I traveled 2hrs to go pick it up, only to then be told after I arrived that actually no I can’t buy it off the rack, they will order it in now instead.

I felt very unwelcomed walking through the front door and the staff at the front were definitely not the friendliest. They had a surprisingly very small selection, the dresses were not that nice, and the prices were insanely high. Also, my consultant did not seem to know how to properly fit me in a dress and seemed confused...I was in and out in 20 mins and could not get out fast enough. It felt very stuffy in there...I would not recommend going here to anyone. There are several other very lovely bridal stores I went to where I felt special and comfortable. And every other store I went to had amazing selection. Ethos for some reason had the least. Do not recommend.

Everyone here is amazing. They truly do their work from the heart, especially Bic the seamstress and Jamie the owner. Even every single team member is genuinely kind and works from their heart to not only create a trusting relationship but to truly make the dress everything you could have imagined and wanted for your wedding day. The team that helped me and my mum select dresses and worked on them to make sure we can get them on time and have it be exactly how we wanted it to be. They made us feel beautiful to the point of tears from my mum and I. You don’t get an experience like this from any dress shop, but Ethos does it best! Huge thank you again to the Ethos team for all the effort and love we’ve received during this entire experience.

The ladies at Ethos Bridal Boutique are all very pleasant to have beside you as you search for your dream wedding dress. They are very passionate about their Brides and do their best in seeing that her dream becomes reality. Seeing the Bride happy is what matters. They are attentive, respectful, caring, and full of compassion. The ladies desire and strive to deliver the service in which has brought Ethos to it’s 50+ years of business celebration ?.
Let’s give the ladies the praise they deserve because each day they do all they can to be the best Bridal Consultant to each individual that walks through their door. Thank you personally Misra but also to the other two sweet, kind and beautiful ladies (you know who you are) that made my vision come true.

Terrible place! For a high end bridal boutique, this was the worst of them!!
We were so excited to go bridal dress shopping and we ended up a David's Bridal where we found the dress! This place was rude, disorganized and no selection. My girlfriend kept asking for no satin dresses and this was all the consultant kept bringing. She sent us to the plus size dresses because we were not a size 6 bunch of girls. It made us feel uncomfortable and the whole experience was awful!!

This store is horrible!!! The customer service is so awful. They were rude we would show her a dress off there website and she would bring whatever she thought she would like. She tried on 3 dresses and she was rushing us out the door. I only gave one star cause I had too. Not even worth the one star!!!! HORRIBLE RUDE AND RUSHY!!!

Misra is a great consultant at the shop. She is friendly, helpful and very professional. She gave a lot of opinions on all the dresses to help me decide! She is the best!

Lorie made my solo walk-in experience so special and memorable. She stayed unbiased and very attentive. I can luckily say that I found my dress during the moving out sale! My dress was one that Lorie picked out too.

Went on a weekday afternoon after making an appointment. Prior to the date, my appointment was confirmed twice by phone call (once on the day I requested the appointment and once on the day of the appointment) and once via e-mail. Parking was relatively easy to find, as there are a number of streets with paid parking. Be wary of the time, as some are only one hour.
We arrived ten minutes early and were welcomed into the salon after leaving our shoes outside. There was someone at the desk to confirm our appointment and I was directed to fill out an information form. We were given a few minutes to look around ourselves before our consultant, Misra, came to meet us and she took the time to introduce herself and get to know my dress preferences. She also notified us of the moving sale and was mindful of keeping within our budget. She took us around the entire salon and showed a variety of dresses, pulling the ones that I was interested in.
I did end up purchasing my dress that day, with Misra's help, and she was highly professional and considerate even when the appointment went longer than expected. She assured us that there was plenty of time and that it was no problem. Her enthusiasm and care for me to have a positive shopping experience and to find the dress I wanted was exactly what I needed.
While some of the other staff are less professional and kind, I would recommend coming to Ethos and asking for Misra to help with your appointment.
