The owner is very pleasant and walks you through issues. He was transparent on some "issues" that VW identified, saving me from premature replacements of parts. Overall, gained my trust as someone who isn't there to rob or overcharge his clients.
UPDATE: I have continued to bring my vehicle here and I continually still feel as though they are honest and offer a great experience. I would highly recommend anyone to use them, and still stand by my original review.

Can't say enough good things about this place! I work close by to them, and only recently started using Expert Automotive for our vehicle maintenance needs after seeing them in action. Ivan and Marco are both very friendly and forthright. They'll always tell you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle and how much it'll cost upfront, and perform quality work. Kurtis was on time to present himself and inspect our furnace. He got to work right away and explained everything he was doing along the way.
