Hassan and is team are amazing people. I have came to Fair deal quite a few times to get some work done on my car. All they have shown is gratitude and a very positive mindset. This is the best place to be at. You will not be disappointed!

Avoid at all cost unless you're really desperate. Do not ever buy used tires there, you'll buy junk. Keep an eye on your belongings before they work on your car. I wouldn't turn my back on these guys.

I can’t find the words to express my gratitude & appreciation for this place. The manager, Ahmed, puts his heart & soul into his customers. He took such good care of me and my vehicle. I appreciate the effort and how affordable the extensive amount of work put into my car was. Thank you♥️

I have been coming to fair deal tire for many years.
I have an excellent experience. They are great guys working well, customer excellence. As far as September 10 /24, who complained and reviewed the place badly. I was there standing when this happened. The owner tried to help him politely, but the response from the customer was unfair and rude. The place is first come, first serve as Customers line up. he wasn't in line, behind the other cars, and they tried to help him as he came to the office, but he started loudly to make noise and say bad words. and he left. and the owner was calm, and he left the customer to finish yelling until he left

Dropped by for a value stem, waited for over an hour with my wife and dog, got skipped over by multiple vehicles, and when I went to talk with the owner he wanted to act right about where I was parked at, lined up at. He wants to be right? That’s ok, there are other places that provide good service without arguing with their customer base - I certainly will never come back to a shop with a mouthy owner.

I had an excellent experience where they served me on short notice and offered me a great deal to get me going. They did not look to make more money by offering convoluted solutions. Very trustworthy and honest people.

Don’t go this place to do your oil change and tires.I clearly saw lack of experience who did my tire change,don’t even know how to open bolt. This place used to be great but my past three visits was awful and also I noticed high turnover over the employees

I bought here a few times before and always found it to be great. Today was awful, I don't know if they have somebody new or if he was having a really bad day but the service was horrible. The guy who served me seemed to have trouble speaking clearly and he obviously had no interest in serving his customer
