I've been going here for years and figured I should leave a review as a small thank you. Batul has been kind, helpful, and quick every single time I've been in. She also does what she can to get me the best price on my family's medications. 100% would recommend Family care pharmacy to anyone.

Move your prescriptions here people. Very pleasant atmosphere with zero condescension. Batul the pharmacist is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Always greets you with a smile and you feel like you are dealing with a family member. Had me registered including my insurance in no time. Had my first prescription handed to me in 5 minutes flat. Her assistant is also very efficient and fills prescriptions really fast. Compare this to the pharmacy two blocks north, where the pharmacist simply drips with haughtiness and condescension and kinda makes you feel like you are no longer in Canada.

Lady Batul has no sense of how to serve customers and speaks rudely. She talks unnecessarily about things not related to prescription with some potential offensive language.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years now. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to be helpful. My daughter forgot her meds at home and we went out of town. I called the pharmacist in a panic and within minutes, she had faxed a 7 days prescription for my daughter’s meds to a pharmacy I was close to. Her level of care is unprecedented.

I've been coming here for over five years now, as my doctor is in the same office, and have never had any issues, whether service, availability or customer service.Batul has always been very helpful, and friendly, so I can't complain about anything and I've been a regular customer.

Always nice, sweet and patient. Has waited for me past close so I could get my medication safely because she didn't want me to rush in cold weather. Always a good experience.

The woman behind the counter has zero customer service skills. I walked in, she ignored me. I said excuse me and before I could say anything else, she yells out I’m sorry I can’t help you right now. Awful !!
