Very frustrating to deal with FedEx when trying to deal with delivery and asking them to keep item at location. No, they will still attempt to deliver home, when i tell them clearly i am at work and not at home, make the package available for pick up. It's like talking to people who have no brains and cannot create effective shipping processes. Just look at all these 1 star reviews, is the owner/management sleeping? Like seriously??? H

Very sadden. First told different delivery dates then that my package was ready for pick up. I live far away and paid to uber 60 bucks just to be told that it was never even processed. Such an inconvenience for me I had to miss work and I'm pregnant that was literally so embarrassing. The front desk help caught an attitude when I asked him to clarify somethings and didn't even really help. WORST EVER NEVER AGAIN

I really had a very bitter experience dealing with FedEx Ground Calgary official staff as well as the delivery guy.They sent messages that they had my package ready for pickup but when I visited there, they imitated as the package was with the delivery guy.In my understanding, FedEx Ground Calgary employees have formed a group based on racism but the management is not aware of that. In near future, they will definitely face loss in their business due to this staff grouping.Today, at my third visit, I finally received the package after wasting my money and 3 important working days.

This seems to happen all the time. I had a package that was shipped through FedEx, and FedEx said it would be here on the 19th. Then they turned around said it'd be here in the 15th today between 9:10 a.m. and 1:10 p.m. so my wife decided to wait around home for it and then the morons never delivered it. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with and I would never use them but the company used them that I bought the package from. From now on if it shipped FedEx I'll order somewhere else because FedEx is absolutely useless and I would never recommend them.

Like many of the other reviewers, I have had the same experience with FedEx. I am extremely dissatisfied. They said they had made multiple attempts to deliver my order. I was home all day and did not hear the doorbell knock nor a phone call that the courier was here.The pick up office is very far from my house and I have a very busy schedule. Terrible experience.

The staff here were very kind and helpful. They have packages there for you to use if you don't happen to have a box or envelope.

Only got a note once, courier and the website claims that they showed up at my apartment multiple times. Never left any other note at all or even attempted to contact me during the other supposed attempts.These people had my phone number and info already, which you'd think would be the FIRST thing a courier would use to try contact someone but the office decided to call only after their "three attempt policy" failed. I guess common sense is just too much effort to go through, so now I'm basically forced to go grab the package that should've been delivered properly four days ago to a service area an hour and a half away from me.Now they're just ignoring customer calls to get the situation that they themselves started, rectified.Truly one of the most insulting, careless experiences I've ever had with a service like this.There needs to be accountability.

Never use this company. They are not able to deliver the parcels properly, they do not even know at what time they will arrive. So you have to spend the whole day at home waiting for the package.

So hard to get a hold of an actual human. My package was stuck in Calgary for over 2 weeks and I messaged the robot 3 times, and talked to an automated voice on the phone multiple times to see why it was 3 weeks late and not once did they mention the taxes that needed to be paid. Finally got through to an actual human and they said my package was already sent back to the sender. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but I am super frustrated.

FedEx states that their couriers provide professional, friendly, and reliable service with every pickup and delivery. After the recent events listed below, I am not sure if I agree.In Calgary, Alberta on October 12 at 10:27 a.m., October 13 at 11:18 a.m., and October 14 at 10:26 a.m., a FedEx Residential Delivery person claimed they tried to deliver a package on the three dates listed above.Unfortunately, the delivery service was inadequate because the driver only showed up once and never left a slip with information for me to pick up the package. The entire time the driver was at the door he was on his phone. On the other two dates FedEx claimed they came to the house, but they did not.FedEx shipped my package back to Grande Prairie because the delivery driver did not do his job. I contacted the shipper and the shipper stated no problem we will have it shipped back out. Now I have received an e-mail stating:Research for tracking number (############) is currently in progress. If you have not located your package by 10/26/2023, please contact your shipper to initiate lost package procedures.I have a video of the driver on October 12 at 10:27 a.m. not leaving a slip with information on where to pick up the package because no one was home to receive the package.I also have screenshots for October 13 at 11:18 a.m. and October 14 at 10:26 a.m., and you will see there was no FedEx delivery person at the door.Long story short I am very unhappy with the contractor FedEx utilizes for Calgary, Ab Residential delivery. FedEx prides itself on customer service and the vendor they have contracted for delivery service is the complete opposite.

1. Get a notice on the door saying they attempted to deliver without success. I was home the whole day and heard absolutely zero doorbell or knock.2. Came to pick up the package instead because I have zero trust it will get delivered the next day. The note says the package will be ready at 5PM, I had to wait until almost 6PM right before they close to receive it.3. While waiting to get my package, a female employee said out loud "Can we just close?" to her colleague. I was still in the store with a couple of other people waiting at that time. We were all amazed at how disrespectful that was.Overall, absolutely terrible and disrespectful employees and courier.

Ordered a new phone from Samsung Canada. Received email notification that the package has been delivered and signed by my name, but I was working at that time, and my wife checked and never delivered. Contacted FedEx 30 minutes after it says delivered, and let them know what happened. So far, it has been 6 days past, and still has not received the package. I guess FedEx is still trying to catch internal theft.

FedEx has become worse over time. They did not deliver my package correctly. They even handed my package worth of $1000 of proprietary prototype to a package thief in front of the camera, despite the package clearly stated that signature is required. I have made a dozen of phone calls and all what they said is contacting the sender and investigate myself. They refused to compensate for their incompetency. They hurt my reputation and business. This is unacceptable.
