My car was rear ended and I took it to Feliks Auto Body, a family owned business.
They took care of everything and sped up the process.
Their professionalism and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
They did exceptional work on the car, and even had it professionally cleaned inside/out,
which was a lovely surprise.
I strongly recommend this Auto Body shop. It is the best one in the city - pricing, workmanship, and friendly staff.
They go above and beyond and treat you like family. You will get great customer service, guaranteed!
Rob, Shauna & Melissa, you guys are amazing. Thank you for everything!

Best Auto Shop in Calgary! I was in a very bad situation and was a victim of hit and run on a parking lot . I'm scheduled to fly out of the country in a few weeks and can't find an auto shop that will fix my vehicle urgently as I'll be also a way for a few months. Called Feliks and talked to Shauna and the shop manager Rob .. They were very considerate with my tight situation and made ways to resolve my problem. Can't thank you enough guys you were amazing. Shout out to Rob for doing everything in his power to help out a troubled customer.. He was able to book me a quick repair appointment and not only that, their work was flawless . My car looks brand new!! Sorry if the review was kinda late been through a lot leading to my flight. I'm in my home country now but I'll never forget the excellent service you guys provided. Of all the auto shops I have dealt with in Canada you're the best one and one in a million when it comes to genuinely caring for their clients.. Kudos ! More power to you guys and may your tribe increase.. You can never go wrong with Feliks Auto Body! Thank you!!

Super impressed! I dropped my Ford Edge off on Monday morning, told me probably Thursday. I explained that I’d sold the car so as soon as possible :)
They expedited it - and got a call Wednesday morning to find that it would be ready this afternoon. All staff on site were excellent and friendly to deal with.
Went over to pick it up and the bumper (replaced) looks fantastic and - to my surprise; they cleaned it inside out. I would give more than 5 ⭐️ if possible. (I have two kids. It wasn’t pretty inside)

A+ SERVICE!
The bumper of my Toyota Corolla was slightly, but still visibly out of place as a result of driving over a parking lot divider about a week ago. I was in the area and looked up auto body shops in the vicinity. Feliks was highly rated and was under 5 minutes from my location. I dropped by to see if I could get an estimate to repair the bumper.
When I got there, I was immediately greeted enthusiastically by the receptionist (I did not get her name, unfortunately) and Rob. I got to know that they only see people by appointments, but Rob overheard my conversation with the receptionist and walked over. He asked me how he could help. I explained the bumper situation and he walked over to my vehicle to examine it. He was amazingly forthright and gave me an estimate of what I would be looking at to repair. At the same time he advised me to not rush to repair it as it was held up pretty well despite the hit and was not going to fall off anytime soon. Nor would it rust since it was plastic. During the course of examining it he also pushed it back in so the damage was no longer visible even. He demonstrated how to do it, so that I could do it myself if it fell out of place again. He even offered that I could bring my car back down to the shop (if I was unsuccessful) as it would take him 2 minutes to put it back in place.
To say that I was bowled over by the customer service would be an understatement. You will not go wrong by going to Feliks for your auto body issues. I know I will recommend them every chance I get.

Took my corvette to get fixed and had a wonderful experience. The communication was amazing and their work was super clean. They even matched a custom colour and it was spot on. Couldn’t even tell it was damaged. I highly recommend Feliks Auto shop. Very happy!!

This is by far the BEST auto Body Shop in the city!I was actually recommended here by my insurance company to fix my bumper (along with several other places but I chose here). The thing that sold me was the reviews and the fact that there was a woman at the front desk who was extremely helpful, kind, respectful and educational when I had questions. As a woman in this industry it’s very intimidating but I felt so comfortable at this shop and even with Rob who was amazing. He was always so willing to explain details to me without making me feel stupid.After about a year and a bit the paint started to chip off. I thought I’d reach out because I felt like that shouldn’t be happening so quickly. They were amazing yet again and fixed my bumper free of charge. They did the investigation necessary to see why this was happening which turned out to be an issue with the primer from a specific supply company. It was just really nice to not have to fight them on fixing this issue as I feel most other places would have. It was zero questions asked and right to resolving the issue.They even went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of my car, I was shocked but super excited about it. The best part is they LOVED my pup Cooper when I brought him in. So playful with him and giving him so many treats and cuddles. He had such a great time visiting!I was super sad to find out they are only a Body Shop because I would LOVE if they were a full mechanic shop as I have a hard time finding one I can trust.You will not be disappointed, definitely check them out! 10/10Thanks Feliks auto body!
