If you’re expecting a luxury car dealership experience characterized by professionalism, helpful service, and a warm welcome, Ferrari Alberta falls shockingly short. From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with hostility that shattered any excitement I had about the visit.
The staff, far from being the courteous and knowledgeable representatives you’d expect at such an establishment, seemed actively uncooperative. Basic questions were met with indifference, and genuine interest was treated almost as a nuisance. Attempting to get straightforward information felt like trying to negotiate in a high-stakes poker game, and not in a fun way. The air in the showroom was thick, not with excitement or prestige, but with tension.
But the worst part? The menacing aura projected by the staff. It was as though their demeanor was purposefully intimidating, leaving me uncomfortable and questioning why I had even come. It’s unfortunate when a brand that symbolizes luxury and exhilaration is represented by an environment that feels so dismissive and cold.

This Ferrari dealership is perfect. I am not a person who have a million dollar cash and can afford a Ferrari very easy, I am just a young person who loved in Ferrari ever since 10 years old when I first saw them on a magazine. Their manager PAUL spent lots of time to introduce the Ferrari and the whole building to me, I've been there 3 times, and every time Paul spent couple hours to company me. Now I have the idea which car I am looking for and I am really looking forward my first Ferrari coming soon. Thank you PAUL! I love the Italian car and Italian people! Cheers.

I worked with Ferrari of Alberta in 2015. I was the detail manager, but spent uncountable hours after hours and weekends assisting the marketing manager of that time. I estimate at least300+ hours above and beyond. At that time, the owner had to approve ALL extra hours. When I tried to collect some of those hours, I was told by Mr. Galasso that he had decided to cancel the extra hours, leaving my family and myself with no money! All those hours (although previously approved ), was deleted?? I met with Mr. Galasso and appealed to his “personal integrity” to at least some return of earnings but to no avail.If the owner of world Famous brands of vehicles local Dealership would do this….What would this dealership and owner do to staff…..what would the dealership do or treat customers with their personal property???? Don’t trust the owner or dealership!!!
