HUGE HUGE thank you to Partia and Vipin for all their help and honestly moral support on helping me set up my new phone. Rogers made my life a living nightmare when my contract was up. I literally went to 4 or 5 different Rogers locations AND called Rogers customer service. Every single person I spoke to gave me a different answer, leaving me confused and frustrated. Partia and Vipin were the only ones who in my opinion had proper training and actually correctly answered my questions and quite literally held my hand through the entire process. Big telecommunications companies make it impossible to get a straight answer and help. Partia and Vipin restored my faith and were literal angels. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me and supported me through this process. Thank you x100000

Horrible experience with the store representative. They opted to give me Roger’s plan and I declined but the rep. Went ahead to open an account in my absence because she had my bank information and billed me, I only found out few days later. Be careful not to release CC except you need to. This is not acceptable and a bridge of privacy.

“Big Tony” helped us. EXCELLENT service. He was our third visit to a provider that day and it was immediately obvious that he knew what he was talking about.
He was able to secure the best deal we’d seen that day (including what Costco offered us with Rogers).
Highly recommend to go in and ask for him before committing to anything from anywhere else. He’s smart, transparent and friendly.

I lost my iPhone 15 Pro a week ago and went to Fido at Chinook Mall to report my loss. Manager Erik was a great help in offering his assistance in a very professional and friendly manor which really helped me to ease my frustration and anxiety. He even offered me a new SIM card and his service to set up my replacement phone after its arrival.
Yesterday I returned to the store and immediately Erik recognized me and took action to restore my new phone within a very reasonable time. It was a very pleasant experience for both visits and indeed a pleasure to deal with a great guy like Erik. Thank you for a job well done.

I was assisted by Tony today when going in store for an upgrade. There has been times when either myself or my partner have gone into store and had a really average experience, sometimes opting for us to go to apple instead.
Tony was really knowledge on plans right from the get go, typically when you deal with an agent they are on their iPads and spend forever trying to find what you’re looking for. I ended upgrading and getting a plan for more than what I had planned because Tony was really good at his job.
If Tony isn’t a manager at this store, he should be. Excellent service and you’re lucky to have him.

My 80 years old mother went into the store asked for help with her SIM card. I called Fido customer service 611, and opened a ticket earlier today. The online phone agent said the store didn’t link the new SIM card to my account, she couldn’t activate it and my mother need to do it at the store. She went back to the store this evening, the manager of 9 years refused to help or talk to me over the phone ( I am located in Vancouver.) There is no face to face customer service anymore. I lost hope in humanity or customer service already. I have been with Fido over 10 years, this is not the first bad customer service experience I had that the store employees just ask us to go online and do it ourselves. I am switching to another service provider tomorrow for sure. I can’t wait for the store to shutdown and the manager go on EI.
