They design a great variety of different workouts each day that keep you guessing but never get boring. The staff are very encouraging and helpful, always ready to provide alternative exercises or modifications for injuries or physical limitations, ensuring you are never left feeling like you can't do it. The gym offers different membership options and trial memberships, with classes from Monday to Saturday. You book a time slot that works with your schedule, including early 5:30am classes. It is a body positive, supportive community that feels like family. The hardest part is showing up; once you are there, everything else happens. The small instructor-led classes provide a personalized plan similar to a personal trainer without the cost. Members report positive impacts on both physical and mental health, feeling seen and helped along their journey in a way that bigger gyms do not offer.
