Fifth Avenue Club is a fantastic gym located in downtown Calgary, making it convenient for a quick workout during the day. The staff are always friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and the facility is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Their personal trainers are top-notch, offering tailored programs, and the fitness classes are both fun and effective. The squash courts, dojo for martial arts, and the Juice & Java bar, which serves delicious smoothies for the perfect supply of post-workout protein, are excellent amenities. Plus, the comfy couches and coffee tables create a relaxing spot to unwind after a workout. It’s more than just a gym—it’s a wonderful community space. Highly recommend!

Love this place. Probably the best gym I ever went to. Besides a few odd humans, it has no gym bros or any of other unfortunate souls you see in a commercial gym. Also, if you want personal training, Kai is def your choice. Great personality and knowledge.

Terrible customer service. Rude and very disrespectful. Racial profiling.
Visited Fit4less the same day and even though service is cheaper their customer service is superb, polite and very respectful. I got to try various types of massage chairs and other services free without charge.
Entry was free and sign up was instant from a vending machine.
Apparently, these folks at Fifth are rude because of some steam room. Hahahaha, ? Steam and saunas which is so common in the Scandinavia it's in every household. They got so jived and arrogant about using a steam room. Terrible customer service.
I wasn't too surprised when another customer told me about the rude services by that one lady.
Don't use their service.

How does someone who refused to pay a service fee of CAD 49 become the disrespectful one/s? You cannot even tell a good lie to save your image.
I paid and so how do 2 grown adults become my responsibility?
Oh! Really so that disrespectful arrogant lady is 24 weeks pregnant? What a shame! I didn't even know she was fit to be a mom. She acted like a child the whole time with that smirk on her face cutting customers off every time they talked. Very arrogant with a terrible customer service approach. She must be the one the other customer spoke so spiteful about.
If you ever meet her note that the owner is as rude as their workers.
And Yes. Fit4less is way better because I'm so used to Saunas I laughed when you got so angry two guest visitors you granted assess to your gym used your shower ?. Where has humanity gone to? Shame. Fit4less granted over 1 hrs free access to 4 potential customers testing and trying all sorts of massage chairs and gym equipment. Your response is so disgusting ?!
Don't get it twisted, they were willing to pay but for their inability to produce a card. They promised to get a bank card later that same day. Your attendants agreed until that beast of a lady showed up judging/profiling them for no reason. I had and so that's how I was the only one that subscribed. If you had only shut up to listen. They had cash only!
Guess what, they have their bank cards now and are subscribed to a more respectful brand. Shame on you. I'm really sad and surprised that you could act that way with a 24week pregnancy. Hope you teach that kid to respect people of all races no matter how they appear.

Great experience, made even better by the amazing staff. I had never been to this gym before and Lindsay made this the only gym in Calgary I will go to from now on. She was kind and helpful, taking time to show me where everything was. Best gym staff in the Calgary area no question

Love this gym, an excellent spacious gym right at the core of the city. You don't find such a spacious space right at the centre. This would cater to folks who are causal with a collection of starter equipment with a no intimadation environment to the gym addicts with dumbbells of up to 100 pounds. There is a great collection of classes, a squash court and a dojo as well. It's not crowded at all so forget waiting for any equipment and it's 24x7 as well. From a squeaky clean washroom to the towel service there is splurge written all over it without a crazy price tag. Special shoutout to Lyla for a seamless onboarding and tour.

This is a great gym excellent equity with 24/7 access! I have been going for about 2years.I highly recommend Kai for any personal training need!I have to say Kai is an amazing trainer! He has not only worked with me for the perfect training program for my unique challenge, he also helped in nutritional advice for an overall fitness improvement!I would be nowhere near ready for my challenge if it wasn’t for him.I can honestly say I wouldn’t have been physically or mentally read for my around the world race without Kai support! All the other staff have been supportive as well.
