The modern, French-inflected menu features bold, refined plates and elevated small bites. Standout dishes include the bison tartare, hailed as a must-try and the best tartare, along with Hokkaido scallops, sablefish cooked to perfection, and melt-in-your-mouth braised short rib bourguignon. The tempura green beans and a perfect amuse-bouche are also noted. Set in a historic space, the ambiance is seamless and warm with an open kitchen. While most feedback is very positive, a minor note mentioned a preference for more detailed dish explanations. The experience is elevated further by the option to visit the downstairs bar for another excellent, though sometimes louder, cocktail after dinner.
