Amazing body shop. During the midst of winter in December, they got my vehicle in for an accident assessment the next day and in for repairs the week after. Could not believe how fast they were. I will definitely be coming back (but hopefully I won’t need to haha!)

Without a doubt the worst experience possible. If I could give a lower rating I would.
Was sent here by my insurance and the impression was good. After waiting months for parts (completely out of their control), I checked in to be told the parts had been waiting at the dealership for weeks. Ok it happens, not a big deal.
When they returned the vehicle to me, it hadn't been cleaned at all! There were interior panels out of place, missing fasteners throughout, and electrical harnesses left hanging as well as parts the installed were put back crooked. They replaced a tail light assembly that wasn't damaged and said the parts were disposed of (then later returned the original light assembly). They claimed it has a wheel adjustment done, but it wasn't done.
I brought it back and they cleaned it and fixed everything but the alignment. They said they would be in touch regarding the wheel alignment, but have since ghosted me.
I was patient and gave them several opportunities to make things right, but never resolved the issue. I file an official complaint with the regional office as this was completely unacceptable.
Avoid this location!

We had our car fix in this company as recommended to us by our insurance. They promised of life time warranty. Now we had some issue on the car and they denied the claims. What a ripped off. If you need repair done you ever go to Fix Auto. They lied to you, they dont even follow up with their client. After they got the money your done.

Truck got damaged in an incident in November. Had to reschedule in march until July . Wasn’t happy but with all the hail claims and parts delay I accepted . The vehicle was quoted at 49 hours and it wasn’t over at all. Happy with the repair and would highly recommend. box side, tailgate and bumper all good as new

This is the most shameless service organization I have ever encountered; they can practically be described as a fraud gang.
Last August, my car was damaged by hail in Calgary. I came to Calgary in August to transport some items and didn’t move here until the end of September, so I was still using SGI insurance at the time. I filed a claim with SGI and booked a repair at Fix Auto Deerfoot, a repair shop designated by SGI in Calgary.
In mid-August, I had my car inspected at this repair shop, and they told me they could only schedule the repair for November. However, when November came, they said I’d have to wait until February this year to bring the car in for repairs. During that waiting period, because the roof seal of the car was damaged, I couldn’t drive it, so it stayed parked at home. I also couldn’t get Alberta insurance because the car couldn’t pass the Alberta inspection.
After sending the car to Fix Auto in February, they initially said it would be repaired and delivered by March 21. Then it was delayed to April 21, and later to May 2. Just as I was preparing to pick up my car on May 2, on April 29, the front desk at Fix Auto called me and said that during the repair process, my car had been damaged by rats that got into the vehicle at their shop and chewed through the steering system. They told me to file another damage claim with my insurance. I said I needed to speak with their manager, and the front desk assured me the manager would call me that afternoon. However, I waited three days and still didn’t receive a call from the manager.
During the repair period, I checked my Toyota app daily and noticed that on multiple nights, they didn’t close the windows after finishing work, which I suspect is how the rats got in and damaged the vehicle. Additionally, through the Toyota app, I discovered that on April 27, Fix Auto had already taken my car to Country Hills Toyota to repair the steering system—without my authorization or notification. Perhaps they realized the repair cost was substantial, which is why they only informed me on April 29 to file an insurance claim.
Since I’ve been living in Calgary for over six months, and SGI’s out-of-province coverage only lasts three months, SGI said I couldn’t file a claim. Moreover, because the car wasn’t repaired, I couldn’t get it inspected to obtain Alberta insurance.
On April 29, it was the front desk at Fix Auto who called to inform me of this issue. I insisted on speaking with their manager, and they said the manager would call me that afternoon. However, by May 1, I still hadn’t received a call. Unable to get any information from Fix Auto or reach their manager, I went to Country Hills Toyota on May 1 to check on my car. The staff there told me the steering system had already been repaired and they were waiting for Fix Auto to pick up the car and return it to me. I was shocked because Fix Auto had damaged my car, sent it to Toyota for repairs without my knowledge or authorization, and proceeded with the repairs.
On May 1 at noon, I finally met the manager at Fix Auto. He told me the cost to repair the steering system was $4,000, and I would have to cover it myself. They damaged my car, sent it to Toyota for repairs without informing me, and now they expect me to pay for it? To me, this is nothing short of blatant robbery.

Garbage place. I went their for hail damage estimate. I have no idea what kind of estimate they provided. In the end, my car has been written of when it's fixable. The damages are not bad at all.

This place is now my go to for repairs! Unfortunately I’ve had to go here twice in 2 months. Both times the staff was incredible and my appointment was fast. I would definitely recommend this location!
