Unfortunatley I experienced very poor customer service with Food Works. I attempted on multiple occasions to coordinate a corporate lunch. My initial phone call was answered unprofessionally so I thought I mis-dialed. I received a text and quickly determined I contacted the correct business. I was not able to arrange anything for the following day (Thursday) because at least 24 hours notice is required, preferrably 48. I then requested for the following day (Friday) but their schedule was full. I was provided with an e-mail address where I attempted to arrange lunch for the following Tuesday after a Holiday Monday. I got a response with apologies that they weren't able to fill the order for the week. I then asked if the following week could be accommodated but I never received a response.

Foodworks and Garrett catered our NYE wedding at Venue 308! We had charcuterie plates during cocktail hour and passed canapés and food stations during our reception! Everything was incredible and our guests still talk about how good the food was! Great team and the kindest people! A huge bonus was getting to taste the food before the wedding and really get to enjoy it before the big day! Thank you for making our wedding extra special!

Had Food Works cater 2 lunch and learns last week and the feedback from our guests have been outstanding! Sandwiches were filling and the soups were amazing! Garret was very helpful with helping me make some good selections. Thank you!

Garret is absolutely amazing and we couldn't recommend Food Works more! The food on our wedding day was literally out of this world. Food was one of the most important elements of the day for us and Garret and his team couldn’t have done a better job. It was our dream of flavours incorporated into our favourite way of dining, family style, while providing unique and filling dishes. Our guests were so impressed with the flavours and experience, even the kids gobbled up their meals! Everyone has been asking for more gnocchi and always raves about the food when reminiscing on our day. You can't go wrong using Food Works for any catering need!

We hired Food Works to cater our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. Garret was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were able to fully customize our menu, from canapés to dessert, and were thrilled with how everything came together on our big day. Would highly recommend this catering company for your upcoming event!

I've worked with Food Works a few times now and they are incredible. The food is delicious and the service team are friendly and top notch. They are always one step ahead and great at anticipating needs. Thoroughly enjoy working with the entire team, and look forward to hosting future events with them.

Food Works catered our backyard wedding and we were very happy with the service. The owner was very accommodating and helpful during the menu design process. Many of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. The staff was professional and organized. Also a special shout-out to the bartender they provided; she was stellar!

Food Works recently did our wedding reception in Sylvan Lake. From start to finish in the whole process, Garret and his team were truly wonderful. Garret was so responsive and helpful. So friendly. My husband and I are both huge foodies and you can really see the passion for food when talking to Garret - which we LOVED.We also had a mixed guest list (half East-Indian and half non-Indian). And although our menu was Canadian fare, Garret’s team went above and beyond to ensure no guest felt alienated. Specifically, we had many vegetarians in the East-Indian crowd, and not only did Food Works make the most amazing “elevated” vegetarian lasagna but they also made sure the poutine we served for midnight lunch was vegetarian . And it tasted phenomenal.The desserts they source are also just *chef’s kiss*.Last but not least, their service staff and bartenders were also amazing throughout the night. It honestly made the whole evening so stress-free.Bottom line - this catering company is wonderful. You will get what you pay for and then some - both in terms of food and service.(I only have a couple of pictures of the food, once I got more back from the photographer I’ll try to add more :))

Loved working with Garet and his time. The process start to finish was easy. The food was so, so good and they catered to exactly what we requested. Day of the event was taken care of so well and we were so pleased with the final product. Would recommend them to everyone and would hire them again no hesitation.

Where do I even begin with this review! I reached out to Garret a year before our wedding day which was on May 27th of this year. I was told about Food Works from some other vendors we had booked and after I looked on their website, I knew I wanted to book them. The menus they had on their website sounded like what we wanted for our wedding. Garret created our menu, and it sounded amazing! There was only one dish we changed on the menu and that was simply due to preference. We had the opportunity to do our food tasting a week prior to the wedding, cutting it close because of us, not them! Our food tasting was with Carlos, and it was such a great time! He was fun and easy to talk to and provided us with samples from the menu. We were blown away and excited with how amazing the food tasted. We changed NOTHING on the menu from the tasting because there was no need to. Every dish was perfection! We got married at the Brownstone (best venue ever) and were glad we booked Food Works as they have worked with this venue many times. Their set up for dinner service (we did a buffet) worked perfectly with how the venue was set up. Garret was very accommodating to some guests that had allergies. We did poutine and pizza for our midnight lunch, and that was such a hit! We had friends/family compliment the food throughout the entire night. In fact, it's been almost a month since we got married, and people are still talking about the food!! I know this review is long, but they deserve all the praise in the world. My husband and I often joke that we would get married again tomorrow, just to have our menu again! Garett and the whole team at Food Works hold a special place in our hearts. I can't wait to work with them again in the future for another occasion!

Garret and his team were amazing to work with, and they made amazing food for our wedding! He created a custom menu for our wedding buffet, and our guests raved about it. Everyone enjoyed it, even our picky eaters! We did a tasting with Carlos before the big day. He was such a great host to my husband and I, providing not only great food but great conversation. We would highly recommended Food Works!
