I’m a landscape/snow removal contractor that’s been dealing with FGI for a long time. They provide a professional standard of service. Communication from the service manager Rene is excellent. The techs are involved in the process and so far the results of the work have been more then satisfactory. I would recommend using FGI to any contractor who wants to deal with a professional mechanical shop. The rates are not cheap but you get what you pay for.

Fort Garry has been delivering my shop parts for years. The new parts driver Bev, has been excellent. She is friendly, outgoing and is great at her job. It’s a nice change when most parts delivery drivers keep to themselves and forget about the customer service aspect.

Writing this review because quality customer service is very important. Bev has been a great part delivery driver. She follows instructions, delivers promptly and is very friendly! Most of the time it’s hard to even get a hello from drivers.

I dont normally give reviews on drivers but Bev is a 5/5 star driver. She came to pick up parts and she was awesome! Super friendly, efficient. She doubled checked everything was correct. Thats something I don't normally see. She came into my at a respectful speed at wajax. I see 10 drivers a day minimum and she beats them all.

David and Danny were amazing help today. Came in twice with a list of items and they went above and beyond to find me what I needed, explain what I might need additionally, and find replacements. They were very helpful and made shopping very easy.

This is the worst place to get work done. They over charge for everything and try to charge for time they waste messing around. I got a 7000.00 bill and most of it was for labour. I told my father who is a heavy duty mechanic where the truck was...he asked me if I was retarded or just rich! He wasn't wrong. A safety turned into a 7k bill never will I darken their door step again for anything!

My truck was there for the installation of PTO PREP and product T&E crude pump. It took a while to get done, but the results were great. Whoever that worked on my truck knows his job very well.I'm very happy with the service.The only issue I had was the attitude of one guy called Darcy, who seems to work at customer service. I never met the guy, I just spoke with him over the phone, but by God, he's rude; very RUDE.
