Brought in two Fossil necklaces and a Fossil bracelet to be engraved. They kept all three pieces for over an hour longer than originally stated and ruined the engraving on all three (they were all off center, one necklace and the bracelet had the engraving on the back instead of the front where requested and the other necklace had the engraving going in the wrong direction). They were not able to replace any of the three pieces they ruined because they were no longer in stock. I will definitely not be back and I would never trust Fossil to engrave anything going forward. Absolutely zero customer service was provided.

I visited this fossil store at chinook mall. The girl lied to me that she changed the battery after keeping my hybrid watch for half an hour and handed over the watch to me saying its not working. Stay away from liars girl at the front. The fossil store at cross iron mall did replace my battery in 2 minutes and handed over to me. Watch was working perfect

I have bought a watch, ( was a gift so stayed in its box for 2 weeks already) 2 months later after lightly using it, the bands separated from the watch itself while my husband was trying to put it on, I took it to the store I bought it from and, they suggested that, I buy another band for them to destroy and use the replacement parts to fix my watch!!Called the store manager to figure out what may be the options as this is not an acceptable solution, she suggested to come later in the day to discuss it in person, I went back to the store after 2 hours, didn’t find her but, the associate ( Hafsa) met me and handed me my watch saying that I can take it to another place to fix it on my expense, I told her that this is not the customer service that I expect from Fossil as, even we did not drop the watch, she said to me HOW DO WE KNOW THAT YOU ARE SAYING THE TRUTH!!This is not the first product I got from Fossil and, never had any issues with any of them before but definitely with this way of dealing with customers will be the last one!

Violet did a good job that she adjusted the price for the handbag that I bought which has different price on the website when other staff was not willing to help and fix the issue.

Beth is a delight at this Fossil store. What a wonderful chat we had about watches in general. No saleswomen speech, just a friendly banter about overrated Tiffany blue etc. experienced a great encounter in a retail industry after a long time. I had already put Fossil on my delisted watch brand but I ended up buying an automatic heritage collection piece. This is the difference you can make in customer’s experience when you work in the industry you love and not because you need a job. Keep going Beth, your smile is wonderful and it makes your personality glow :)

Beth was incredibly helpful and super friendly. I only came in to get my watch batteries replaced and she was such a delight throughout the entire interaction. She was the highlight of my day!

Received help from Charlie and the store manager's whose name I did not catch, and was absolutely pleased. I walked in with a Fossil watch needing a new battery and hoping to buy a new band. We looked at the watched and determined that that band could not easily be swapped, but the manager instead used a band from another broken watch and gave us a great deal on a second watch. I walked out with 2 working watches and the type of band I was looking for. Great experience working with this team.

Went in because the crown on my Fossil watched had fallen off during a class I was teaching – completely my fault. Store clerk said there wasn't a crown that fit my model of watch, but they could replace the watch with an identical model. What wonderful service!

Every time i come in i am always greeted by the most cheerful employees. I just recently bought a graduating gift for my sister and got her initials stamped on it and i can't wait to give it to her. Thank you fossil for always helping me find the best gifts! ??
