Had a trailer tire that needed to be replaced, called these guys, spoke with Joe, him and Bruce had me set up and taken care of and out the door in less than an hour of making my phone call. Cannot recommend these guys enough. If you have any issues go here right away!

Every time I go here for their service, I'm always impressed. They are all professional from front desk to their technicians.
Once you get into the office, they will greet you enthusiastically. And after vehicle service is done, the technician handed over my keys letting you know nothing to worry about or everything has been taken care of.

I called in the early AM for an emergency tire repair and change and recieved exceptional customer service from Chris. Fit me in and fixed the issue asap and when I picked it up Jacquie awas awesome to deal with!

I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone in Calgary searching for a reliable auto service provider. They truly went above and beyond for me today!
I brought my 2018 Nissan Versa Note in for a routine checkup and maintenance. The electronic inspection report I received via email was incredibly detailed, thanks to DON, the mechanic who worked on my car. The electronic report included numerous pictures and a thorough explanation of the issues. DON discovered severe sidewall damage on one of my tires—purchased from this shop last year—that was on the verge of blowing out. He also noted that both brake lights were out, which could have led to a dangerous situation on the road.
BRYCE, the manager, went out of his way to help me find the best solution. Both DON and BRYCE demonstrated exceptional professionalism and integrity, as they always do. I’m looking forward to having my new brakes installed with them soon.
If you have any mechanical issues, I highly recommend dropping off your car here. You’ll leave with peace of mind and satisfaction. Thank you again to the team at Fountain Tire in Sunridge!

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent visit. From the moment I stepped onto the reception floor, I was impressed with the mindset and service of all the staff.
Jacky greeted me with a warm smile and confidently answered my questions. Don Kim, one of the mechanics in the garage, took the time to explain every detail of the brake pad replacement on my vehicle. He also provided valuable advice on maintaining my vehicle more reliably, including some preventative measures for the brakes. Lastly, Bryce, the manager, assisted with the billing process and went out of his way to help me save on costs, showing a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
Every member of the team exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Went in to see about a quote for some new tires. Bryce took great care of me, offered some assistance in some used tire options. Once procured, they graciously fit us in even tho we didn't have an appointment. Got us fixed up and out the door before closing on a busy Saturday. These folks go above and beyond consistently. This wasn't our first visit and will not be our last. Convenient location, reasonable prices, quality service. What more can you ask for?

Blown away by the excellent service and staff! Fountain tire Sunridge came highly recommended by my coworkers- people I would trust with my life. Happy to say they did not disappoint. My vehicle needed an oil change, seasonal tire change over and overall inspection. Loved the comprehensive vehicle report sent via text message link. Quick way to share info and recommend necessary vehicle repairs. I am proud to re-recommend FT Sunridge for their quick and efficient service, excellent workmanship, kind and knowledgeable staff. I recently had an oil change at Fountain Tire and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Technician Don was extremely professional and efficient, ensuring everything was done perfectly. Bryce, the shop manager, was friendly and attentive, making sure all my questions were answered and that I was comfortable throughout the process.
One standout feature was the digital report provided. It was incredibly detailed, both in writing and visually, giving me a thorough overview of my vehicle's condition. This added transparency and peace of mind, knowing exactly what was done and any future recommendations. The whole experience was smooth and hassle-free. My first time here. I'm super happy I came here. I was in a rush and did a walk in to get a set of tires swapped from some old steel rims onto the cars mag rims. The staff was extremely friendly and cared about looking after my needs they booked me right away, made sure they addressed my needs. When I said I was going to walk to part source and get a battery for my other key fob they had some right at their counter and replaced it for me on the spot. Awesome customer service from the lady who welcomed and booked me in and from the gentleman who doubled checked everything I wanted and changed my fob battery.
The customer experience I've had at a tire shop in a long time. I highly recommend this shop.

I booked for a tire repair (as there’s a screw on one of tires) at Sunridge Fountain Tire, and they said that they might be able fixed it in the afternoon. I dropped my vehicle late in the morning, but they fixed it before the afternoon (Thank you for the prompt action!). Then when I'm about to get my vehicle and asked them about the repair cost. The invoice showed that it's discounted, because of the warranty of the tires I bought to them years ago (almost 6 years) - so it's free! (Thank you for the discount!). What a blessed shop, not just of their products but also because of the way they do their business.

Very knowledgeable staff, doesn't overcharge and at least in my experience, the service was quickest I have ever experienced in a long time. I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs!
