Very friendly staff. Purchased brand new trailer tire from Canadian Tire and blow out after 50km. While Canada Tire couldn't help us replacing their blow out tire to their new tire on existing rim, this Fountain Tire help us right away. Lady at the front (Deanna) is very kind, and knowledgeable.

Next level service.
Today was only my second time at this location, the first time was at the suggestion of my father-in-law when I needed an insurance inspection, they were able to squeeze me in that night and my car was ready the next day.
Tonight the check engine light came on my car when I wasn’t too far away, so I drove over there and saw that they had closed at 6 PM, and it was 730. I decided that I was going to leave my car and put my keys in the slot, and call them in the morning. While I was holding my keys and arranging for an Uber a mechanic named John came out, I told him about the check engine light and he ran a diagnostic on the spot. He said that the issue was a minor one, he reset the light and told me I could drive with the Issue, that I should call in the morning and make an appointment. Fabulous customer service!

Dropped my Patriot off as a unexpected appointment for them cause my alternator decided to say bye at like 10:30pm as I was driving by there store. Well 2 days later I got a new battery and alternator and the vehicle us performing well. Despite a 2 week waiting list these guys get my approval. Thank you.

Very disappointed. Dropped a tire for repair and they took it but said it would be two days to fix as they were busy SO ok but i did ask if they could kindly put put it back on the vehicle as I would not be around to help my child do it. Showed up on the Monday to be told they were too busy to swap it our and to make an appoint in a couple of weeks Its a shame because the location would be really convenient to get oil changes

The staff in front are very professional and accommodating. Even the person we talked over the phone is very polite and thorough in discussing the options. Go to this FT branch if you want the best service.
