Thank you Vishesh for all of your help and guidance on what I needed to fix the tires on the vehicle that were losing air every week.
New rims and a new tire are EXACTLY what I need and the perfect solution that has taken away a lot of stress, especially with winter weather coming. Your dedication to excellent customer service and the efficiency and expertise of the tire guys is the solution I've been seeking!

Came to get my tire looked at and the East Indian guy at the front was being rude, the person who came with me was sitting on the couch waiting with me and he was going to kick him out, and he was doing anything wrong but of course since we are first nations i had to be like that, this is the first time coming here and being treated like this. It's 135 pm Tuesday the 24th.

I ordered tires online and booked an appointment online. I only ordered the TIRES. They did a wheel alignment which I did not request which cost $150.00
They should confirm services before doing ANY work.
Will never go back here. KalTire is much better.

The appointment was booked under “Renata” for a 2017 Tucson. You did follow up on the phone and when asked for our money back you declined. This happened today August 21 within the last few hours in case that helps jog your memory.

I have been taking my class c rv to this location now for almost 2 years, and their service is top notch.
Toby the service manager is outstanding, and the rest of the staff is very professional and always on time. Highly recommend this location.

**Review: Exceptional Service in a Time of Need**
We recently had an outstanding experience at Fountain Tire, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Manager Rashelle and technician Koen.
After purchasing a motorhome from ArrKann RV, we discovered that the rear tires were rotten just as we were about to leave the dealership. Being from out of town and pressed for time, we were in a difficult situation. However, Rashelle stepped up and immediately found the necessary tires for our motorhome. Koen expertly balanced and installed them, ensuring that we could get back on the road safely and quickly.
Their prompt, professional, and friendly service made a potentially stressful situation manageable and even pleasant. We are incredibly grateful for their help and would highly recommend Fountain Tire to anyone in need of tire services.

I was in a stressful jam, and without hesitation, the Manager/Owner at Fountain Tire immediately approached me and asked what he could do to help, and got me on my way in record time. I had a slow leak in my tire of course on the first snowfall of the season, the worst timing! I called a couple paces before i called here and they were so friendly over the phone and i was surprised when they said i could come in same day! Rochelle was so kind and explained everything clearly and open about wait times for tires and prices etc. I don't know much about cars, tires etc so these things tend to stress me out but that wasn't the case here! Im very thankful for Rochelle and her kindness and understanding. I have already referred 2 others here and will definitely come here next time i need service. Thank you!

This store is run by scam artist. Always double check invoice for charges to verify if they have done work for which they are claiming for!Please use any other fountain tire locations in Calgary, but not this location.Owner needs to understand that Lying doesn’t get you so far in business
