WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ordered a set of 4 tires with rims more than a week ago, dropped my car early in the morning just to get a phone call later to let me know that they've ordered the wrong size and that they have another set in-stock and that I'll have to pay an extra couple of hundreds dollars. Not a big deal after I agreed I've been told that my car will be ready in the afternoon. I tried to reach them throughout the day and had called a 100 times and nobody was answering l. I decided to go there in person, which I did just 5 minutes before close to find out that they never had the tires and they were just planning to keep my car overnight. I had to grab the rims that I prepaid for and leave
What a waste of time. Never going back there again. What's worst is how indifferent the staff was. "Should I cancel everything for you l? Ok"

Nicolas helped me out today. I believe he is the owner or manager. This shop provides some of the best service in the city.
I always trust them with my vehicle and it's needs.

It negatively impacts my opinion of a business when I see their branded vehicle ignoring construction zone speed reduction especially when it even has the big electronic flashing sign. Maybe you should ask your drivers if they think it doesn't apply to them.

Great prompt service, the service manager found the best tires and cost. The technician who worked on my vehicle noticed brake wear took photos, personally informed me &discussed the situation, I had my vehicle back the same day. Definitely returning for tires and brake repair.

Legends here at 37th. They were able to get me in for a balance and rotation on the fly. They even had a locking nut key that I didn’t have so they could complete the job. Polite and friendly staff, would recommend this location to anyone.

I’ve called the store about 100 times to get my winter tires off , no one ever answers I have my tires stored there and the store is across the city from me so to drive to make an appointment is ridiculous and they should have a better managed facility because over a month attempting to get in contact with still no luck is ridiculous. Especially considering I’ve paid well over 1000$ to store my tires there.

Installed new tires on rims on the day I called. Best price by far out of 3 places I checked. Their website gave me an immediate online quote that turned out to be exactly what I paid.

Got great service from this location today. Came in with a flat tire and needed to get it fixed quickly. They were busy, but they got it in right away and had me on my way with a half an hour.

The location on 37th Street in Calgary needs to put up signage that directs their customers to the proper exit to their parking lot. For about the 10th time I've had idiots driving across the bus stop that's adjacent to their lot thinking it's an exit. It's not and it's dangerous.
