About Francos Aquariums
Francos Aquariums is a trusted, family-run local fish shop with over 30 years of experience. Specializing in freshwater fish, the store features display tanks that showcase their expertise, although some tanks may have algae and less appealing aesthetics. The staff, including Linda and Lulu, are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, especially helpful for beginners seeking advice on fish and plants. Customers appreciate the healthy, happy-looking livestock and personalized service, often mentioning the staff's willingness to take time to educate and assist. Prices are generally better than nearby stores, and the selection of critters and fish is good. While some reviews note that the customer service can feel impersonal and tank presentation could improve, overall, Francos Aquariums is known for its quality livestock and caring staff. It remains a go-to spot for freshwater fish enthusiasts and newcomers alike.
